CAS has a detailed board (see pic below) that clearly shows all their options and prices. I selected a simple wash, which included shining up the tires as well. Smiling faces greeted me. I sat at a shaded table to watch the thorough scrubbing and pressure wash, then the drying and the tires. The price was very reasonable and the service rendered was first class. Needless to say, I found my new car wash location near home. I highly recommend this business.

I recently visited the Mitsubishi dealership in Vero Beach and had a very disappointing experience…read morewith the manager, Chris. While discussing a vehicle for my daughter, he repeatedly cut me off mid‑sentence, which came across as extremely rude and dismissive. What made the situation worse was that he quoted a price for a specific vehicle, then later changed his story and claimed he had been referring to a completely different car -- one we never even discussed. The inconsistency and lack of honesty were very concerning, and it left us feeling misled rather than supported. Customer service should be straightforward and respectful, especially when making such an important purchase. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. A manager should be able to communicate clearly, listen without interrupting, and treat customers with respect. Chris demonstrated none of those qualities. He is arrogant.

On 8/28/26, I received a reply stating, I needed both batteries need replacement. I found that strange, you replaced the right side on 2/9/24 or 2 years and 6 months ago. I replaced the left in 9/22. The manager refused to replace the one they installed, Then you stated the front control arm bushings were torn; these were replaced by you in 1/03/24 on a bill of $8,816.67 with 24,619 miles. I tell the wife, hey sweetie, please get the battery changed. So today, my wife comes back in, says hey my car doors won't open. Hmmm. I said battery probably died. So I had to call a towing company to unlock my door since I couldn't get it open. Kevin picked up the phone and said he would be right over. I could tell I was bothering him at lunch but he didn't want to say anything. Kevin came over in his new dodge truck which seemed overly done for a tow company. But I liked it as I'm sure whatever he needs to do with it he could. Kevin was able to jimmy my car door open. He did not scratch my car. He then confirmed my battery was dead. He said he did not change batteries due to liability reasons however, followed me to the auto parts store to make sure I got there safe. Kevin was nice, friendly, professional and eager to help me. Charged me a very very fair price as he stated he was still building clientele. I would highly recommend exp towing !!

The problem is he is unreliable…read more On May 28th I spoke with Eric and made appointments for him to detail one of our cars on June 3rd and one car on July 5th. On June 3rd he forgot our appointment and we had to reschedule for the next day. I didn't tip him for the 1st car as he had to reschedule and didn't give any notice so we sat and waited because he was not responding to our messages. He's done such a nice job on the car that I intended to give a generous tip for both cars when he completed the 2nd car. On July 5th when he didn't show up I reached out and waited to hear from him. When he returned the call he had excuses about unplanned things coming up and he'd have to come on the 7th. Our time is important also but I do not think Eric values the clients time. The work is good and if you don't mind rescheduling and wasting your time then give him a call. The sad thing is there were several people in our complex that would have used him in the future. Now we are all looking for other possibilities. But, he is a nice young man.
