I understand the tow itself, but the way this business operates raised serious concerns. We were told the fee was cash only, no receipts, and no change could be given. The total came to nearly $600 for two vehicles. There was no ATM on-site, no proper office, and no visible signage or security cameras--just a few people at a gate collecting cash in the middle of the night. The employees couldn't explain their rates or provide any documentation showing how they calculated the amount. After talking with others, I learned that many people have reported different random charges and the same cash-only policy over the past few months. I've since filed an official complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services for investigation. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this company. Their practices felt unprofessional, inconsistent, and completely lacking in transparency.

This towing company quoted me a really good price, kept in contact with me, let me know when they would be there and let me know when they were five minutes away. Not only that, because my car was a hybrid, you couldn't open the trunk or manually put the car in neutral. But, this wise and thoughtful man figured out how to safelyHget it on his tow truck anyways, He spent a good hour at my house safely, moving my vehicle from the garage to his flatbed tow truck. This man even stuck with his quoted price, even though this was a very difficult tow job! Thank you so much for your customer service, expertise, joyful attitude, and great price! You are a blessing!

Not only were they able to work with me and be prompt to help me, the tow truck driver was able to locate the issue, and suggest a mobile repair company (Diesel Parlor) to help me fix it. There's no doubt in my mind I would have spent exponentially more if I would have had to tow it again to a dealership. Rite Choice is professional, courteous and incredibly knowledgeable, and made a difficult situation stress free. Thanks for everything

After taking it to several shops, even to a Chevy dealer, we just didnt feel like we were getting straight answers from anyone. In August 2025 we found Carlile Motors. Cesar at Carlile knew immediately what our issues were. He walked me through the fix every single step of the way from identifying the issue, explaining how it likely happened, explaining the relationship to that part of the engine to everything else, and what the options are for a fix. He explained a short term fix and a long term fix, the costs, benefits and challenges with each. Cesar explained everything to me in laymens terms because I dont speak the automotive language. They work on fleets of vehicles, too, including state law enforcement vehicle fleets and jumbo dump trucks. That says a lot. Thanks Cesar and Carlile Motors Team.
