This towing company quoted me a really good price, kept in contact with me, let me know when they would be there and let me know when they were five minutes away. Not only that, because my car was a hybrid, you couldn't open the trunk or manually put the car in neutral. But, this wise and thoughtful man figured out how to safelyHget it on his tow truck anyways, He spent a good hour at my house safely, moving my vehicle from the garage to his flatbed tow truck. This man even stuck with his quoted price, even though this was a very difficult tow job! Thank you so much for your customer service, expertise, joyful attitude, and great price! You are a blessing!

Not only were they able to work with me and be prompt to help me, the tow truck driver was able to locate the issue, and suggest a mobile repair company (Diesel Parlor) to help me fix it. He was 100% correct on the diagnosis and I saved a bunch of money by using a mobile repair shop that could come to me. There's no doubt in my mind I would have spent exponentially more if I would have had to tow it again to a dealership. Rite Choice is professional, courteous and incredibly knowledgeable, and made a difficult situation stress free. Thanks for everything

If I could give this towing company zero stars, I absolutely would. This was one of the worst…read morecustomer service experiences I've ever had. Having your vehicle towed is already stressful enough, but the way I was treated made the situation far worse than it needed to be. From the moment I walked up to the front window, I was met with an attitude that was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional by the "Karen" at the window. Instead of answering simple questions or explaining the process, the employee spoke to me with impatience and disrespect, acting as though customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists. Every interaction felt hostile, and there was absolutely no attempt to show basic courtesy or empathy. The entire experience gave the impression that customer satisfaction means nothing to this company. There was no effort to communicate clearly, no willingness to help, and no sense of professionalism whatsoever. It was clear that treating people with respect was not a priority. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and shocked that a business could operate this way. There are plenty of towing companies that understand how to treat customers with dignity and professionalism, especially during stressful situations. Unfortunately, this is not one of them. This is definitely a stool of a business and their days are numbered. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I will never use this company again, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for reliable service or respectful treatment.

I was less than one mile away and had to call a tow truck and they arrived in approximately 30 minutes. They filled my tire with air just to be able to turn it around and get it lined up to hook up to flatbed tow truck. It was a bit difficult because the Prius is so low especially with a flat front tire. After a lot of maneuvering he got it on and took me & the car to Toyota. Unloading it wasn't easy either as there was a certain area where it needed to be unloaded and of course the front dragged on the tilted flatbed.
