But, this wise and thoughtful man figured out how to safelyHget it on his tow truck anyways, He spent a good hour at my house safely, moving my vehicle from the garage to his flatbed tow truck. Not only were they able to work with me and be prompt to help me, the tow truck driver was able to locate the issue, and suggest a mobile repair company (Diesel Parlor) to help me fix it. There's no doubt in my mind I would have spent exponentially more if I would have had to tow it again to a dealership. Rite Choice is professional, courteous and incredibly knowledgeable, and made a difficult situation stress free. Thanks for everything

How fortunate are we (on the Treasure Coast) to have Tri-County Auto and Tony's Towing. My husband has always trusted his vehicles to Tony and his crew and they are the only people we feel comfortable enough to work on our cars. Tony is honest. If he doesn't see anything wrong with your car he will tell you! And if there is something wrong he will fix it.....and he stands by his work. In my book you can't ask for much more when it comes to finding someone to trust with fixing your car! One more thing.....they are available 24 hours a day if you need a tow and if they tow it to their garage during the off hours they will contact you the next day after they have a chance to look at your car. Please consider using them the next time you need your car serviced.

I tell the wife, hey sweetie, please get the battery changed. So today, my wife comes back in, says hey my car doors won't open. Hmmm. I said battery probably died. So I had to call a towing company to unlock my door since I couldn't get it open. Kevin picked up the phone and said he would be right over. I could tell I was bothering him at lunch but he didn't want to say anything. Kevin came over in his new dodge truck which seemed overly done for a tow company. But I liked it as I'm sure whatever he needs to do with it he could. Kevin was able to jimmy my car door open. He did not scratch my car. He then confirmed my battery was dead. He said he did not change batteries due to liability reasons however, followed me to the auto parts store to make sure I got there safe. Kevin was nice, friendly, professional and eager to help me. Charged me a very very fair price as he stated he was still building clientele. I would highly recommend exp towing !!

I understand the tow itself, but the way this business operates raised serious concerns. We were told the fee was cash only, no receipts, and no change could be given. The total came to nearly $600 for two vehicles. There was no ATM on-site, no proper office, and no visible signage or security cameras--just a few people at a gate collecting cash in the middle of the night. The employees couldn't explain their rates or provide any documentation showing how they calculated the amount. After talking with others, I learned that many people have reported different random charges and the same cash-only policy over the past few months. I've since filed an official complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services for investigation. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this company. Their practices felt unprofessional, inconsistent, and completely lacking in transparency.
