I tell the wife, hey sweetie, please get the battery changed. So today, my wife comes back in, says hey my car doors won't open. Hmmm. I said battery probably died. So I had to call a towing company to unlock my door since I couldn't get it open. Kevin picked up the phone and said he would be right over. I could tell I was bothering him at lunch but he didn't want to say anything. Kevin came over in his new dodge truck which seemed overly done for a tow company. But I liked it as I'm sure whatever he needs to do with it he could. Kevin was able to jimmy my car door open. He did not scratch my car. He then confirmed my battery was dead. He said he did not change batteries due to liability reasons however, followed me to the auto parts store to make sure I got there safe. Kevin was nice, friendly, professional and eager to help me.
