Everyone loves a clean vehicle but keeping a Tractor Trailer Rig or Class A MotorCoach clean is no easy task and part of the reason people are willing to wait a few hours in line to "git 'er done". The staff here is pretty amazing, even with the undaunted task of keeping the seemly never ending line of vehicles moving forward through the process, with that being said this crew pays attention to the details and works together as a team. There are two wash bays here and both are fully staffed and have the equipment to provide each customer with a great experience. It appears each bay has a team leader that coordinates the team's efforts prior to your vehicle entering the wash bay, this person provides the customer service to ensure you get the products you want and works with the team while your vehicle is being washed and also inspects every part of the process (this is the person I always reward with a nice gratuity that I assume is shared with the entire team). Coming here is not only an investment in protecting your asset, it's also an investment of your time and money. I usually have both the RV and tow vehicle hand washed using mops and brushes, the aluminum wheel cleaned with a citrus wash, the tire protection treatment and rain-x applied the prices vary by location but today the total was $111.00 (without gratuity) which considering the amount of work required is a real bargain in my opinion. Washing her at home takes me between 4 - 6 hours plus the cost of the chemicals - this team can accomplish this in 15 - 20 minutes once you enter the bay. Today I noticed several gentlemen watched my MotorCoach being washed I assume they were the manager and possible owner because they interacted with the employees during the wash and provided some recommendations when needed, it's possible this is part of ongoing training so it was nice to see management's involvement verses them being no where to be found in an office somewhere. I definitely plan to return to this location when staying nearby or just passing through - the only concern I had this day was the weather during the two plus hour drive back home after this beautifully executed wash but I made it without incident and put her away in the garage and waiting for the next adventure...
