Pretty cool place. Everyone there is very sweet. Something about it is relaxing and calming. Highly recommend for tweens and mature kiddos.

They make it so easy for the parents and the kids by having everything there. No need to bring decorations, drinks, snacks, anything other than cake. Michelle and her staff help the girls pick out their dresses, paint their nails while they secretly interview them then the girls will put on a fashion show for the crowd. Then the kids have a little tea party with goldfish and cake all while being treated as a princess. Depending on the package the kids may make a stuffed animal. We have a couple cats, a few unicorns and even a lamb I think and the girls cherish each of them. Hoping to sneak at least one more party in here before my girls grow out of this stage.

We celebrated my daughter's 6th birthday today with a unicorn princess party and my daughter and seven friends had a blast! Michelle clearly loves her job and goes above and beyond to make sure each guest has a lovely experience. The venue is decorated with adorable signs and glitter and bling- all of our girls fell in love with the dress up clothes and accessories. Michelle manages to teach her party guests about manners and friendship and confidence throughout the entire event. Our girls got to pick out a fancy princess dress complete with shoes and accessories and were treated to having their nails painted and some makeup applied. She also sprinkled our girls with glitter at the princess power statement ceremony and the girls got to have a fashion show. Each girl also got to stuff a unicorn toy as the party favor for the princess unicorn party. Michelle's speech about friendship had my adult guests tearing up- it was so beautiful to hear her encourage the girls to enjoy and appreciate their friends and to be a good friend and value the unique characteristics of each of your friends. We also celebrated my older daughter's birthday here years ago and the party was also a huge success. I highly recommend My Party Palace- Michelle has lots of options for a wide range of ages and even offers special events and summer camps. In addition, Michelle is very generous and donates every year to schools and non-profits in our community.

In order to reserve the date, time, and venue rental a $600 deposit was required. The remaining balance/payment was due 5 days before our scheduled event date which was $1737.50. Complete cost we paid $2337.50. My friends and family helped take down the decorations, sweep the floors, turn off the music, turn off the lights, and pull the trash cans to the front to be taken outside. We had fewer than 40 people attend the event. A few issues I had during the event. The food was not warm at all. (close to room temperature) The drink station was to be unlimited refills, but once the plastic serving jug was empty it never was refilled. The sweet tea had a sour taste. Lemonade was very sweet. The amount of leftover food there was, and that I paid extra for catering, but was only allowed to pack up 3 small clear plastic to-go containers. I find was not reasonable. The rice wasn't fully cooked, and was not flavored/seasoned. We expected SPANISH rice, and that isn't what we were served. Thank you for allowing us to book our event at The Texas Hall Venue, but if I may be honest, I wouldn't recommend friends and family to use this venue, and I know my husband and I won't be booking any future events because of the experience.

The Austin English Tea Company brings all of the aesthetics, ambiance, and flavors you'd expect in a proper British tea room. Spent a lovely Sunday Funday morning with friends celebrating Galentine's Day (albeit a day later) with fresh and yummy tea sandwiches, scones, clotted cream, mini, quiche, cream puffs, macarons, Prosecco, and more. We had four pots of tea: Classic English Breakfast, Earl Gray, Peach White, and Coconut Oolong. It goes without saying that the English Brekkie and Earl Gray were perfectly brewed and delicious. The Peach White and Coconut Oolong were also perfectly brewed. The Peach White was fragrant and flavorful. Same for the Coconut Oolong though it was more fragrant with a less robust flavor. Still delicious. The tea sandwiches were served on perfectly fresh and soft white bread. Cucumber and cream cheese sandwiches are always my favorite, without question. The Strawberry Devonshire Scone was to die for! I really enjoyed the heart-shaped Rosemary biscuit that had a hint of parmesean flavor as well. The apricot Stilton cheese was flavorful and exactly how you want a Stilton to taste. Service was outstanding. The decor was brilliant, absolute perfection. The entire experience was reminiscent of tea rooms I've visited in England and Ireland. Looking forward to another visit soon! Note: the tea room is located inside Michelle's Patisserie in a shopping plaza---once you enter the tea room you're totally transported to another time and place of elegance, tea, & sweets.

They were very helpful and made sure that they placed everything were I wanted it. They even called me when they were stuck in a little traffic on the way to deliver, but I was ok with it because the drop off time was hours before my event. I love that they offer super early delivery as early as 8am I believe, which gives you time to set up everything as you wish. They also don't rush you for a pick up time. They picked everything up at 7pm per my request that time. I also rented the small bounce house again this past Sat just because my son and daughter loved it soo much! They dropped it off at 8:30am and picked it up right about 8:30pm. They very fast and efficient and I will continue to use them again & again as well as recommend them to my fam & friends. They have great Customer Service + competive prices and that is EXTREMELY important because now they have a repeat Customer!

There are more attractions like a little train for kids but it was shut down so I don't know if they're working on it or what. Don't get your expectations up for the sights on the train ride - it's not much. A soccer field and then it's just dry brush / trees. One of the most disappointing elements was that there was no info given on the ride (saw speakers so the conductor could have talked). According to their website, the train takes you through the hideout of Sam Bass (outlaw that died in Round Rock) so that would have been cool to hear about. Overall, kids love trains so this is a good way to entertain them.
