I brought in a Pioneer SX-850 for evaluation because of the reputation Norman Electronics built under the previous ownership. What I experienced under the new ownership was very different. The interaction became unnecessarily hostile, and I left with the distinct impression that I was not being afforded the same level of courtesy, patience, or respect that every customer deserves. Whether intentional or not, that perception is difficult to ignore. The owner's public response to my google review only reinforced my concerns.
