Initially, he was good to work with, and I was planning to hire him for several additional projects around my home. Unfortunately, my experience changed after that. When he came back out to look at the additional work, he quoted me nearly double what he had originally discussed and gave the impression that he wasn't interested in taking on the job. He eventually completed the work I hired him for, but when the insulation company arrived, we immediately discovered that part of the job I had already paid for had not been completed. As a result, the insulation crew and I had to finish the remaining work ourselves before the insulation removal could even begin. That was extremely frustrating, especially since I had hired and paid someone to ensure everything was ready beforehand. Based on my experience, I won't be hiring Joe again, and I can't recommend his services to others. I expected the work to be completed correctly the first time, and unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

The owner was very upfront about the fact that their jobs had them booked out over 8 weeks away. My opinion is they must be doing something right if they have that much business. He was open to recommending a plumber since I did not want to wait over 8 weeks to get the plumbing side of the work done. Definitely the type of people I like to do business with.
