MUST READ!!!!!! I came here ONCE a few years ago and what I experienced still shocks me to this day. I had to come back and write a review. That's how HORRIFIC my experience was. When I arrived, I asked the older lady with blonde hair behind the counter if they had a specific item (which they did). She mumbled something under her breath, and I couldn't hear her. She seemed upset that I even came into the store. So I said sorry, can you please repeat what you said. She then yells out at me, "WHAT DO YOU NOT SPEAK ENGLISH!?" I was so shocked I didn't know how to respond, I almost started to cry. I didn't answer and she repeated herself again slowly to me .. " DO. YOU . NOT. SPEAK. ENGLISH?" I grabbed whatever I had already picked out, and went to pay. While checking me out, She switched the tablet screen to me to tip her, which unfortunately I did because I was so frazzled and was trying not to cry. I paid then took my things and left. Like a hookah !! Also the cartridges can be told apart from fake to real !!!! I opened up the "NEW" myle battery package and there was scratches on my "new" myle . Went to pick up an item they were trying to charge double the price for a product that you can get anywhere in Queens for half the price. I have no idea how theyre still open. They have a large selection of vape juices to choose from but they are all over priced. You can get everything they have from juices to coils for half the price by doing a simple google search. The person that helped me was very condescending like she is "The Vape Master". I did get a cbd juice for a good price and that's probably the only reason I would return. read more

First of all, the woman that works the register with the russian accent was very unpleasant and seemed to want to rush us out of the store as soon as we got in (the store was empty). Then I got a look at the bongs, don't get me wrong they have an excellent selection, but the prices are just unreasonable. 3 foot bong $400, 2 foot bong $400, 1 foot bong $300, one hitter pipe $30, and a glass pipe you can buy off the street in union square is $40.
