Over time, the loveseat had collected a significant amount of dust and stains from outside air, which had gradually turned the original white upholstery into a dull gray. I had tried cleaning it myself, but the buildup was very difficult to remove. Mark's team was able to restore the upholstery and make it look just like new again. It was also incredibly easy working with Mark. Reaching out for an estimate was quick and straightforward. I had sought a few estimates and Mark's quote was the most competitive. He was also able to get me scheduled within the same week! The actual cleaning took only about 40 minutes, which was impressive given how much the loveseat needed attention. His team was highly professional and courteous throughout the entire process. They carefully brought in their equipment, worked efficiently, and made sure to place everything back exactly as they found it before leaving. I really appreciate that the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend Mark and his team to anyone looking for upholstery cleaning services. The results and professionalism truly exceeded my expectations. A big thanks Mark and team! =)

Super quick responses and reasonably priced! Anddddd they work on weekends too! Anddddd they saved me because I was freaking out about having to clean after packing and moving. I had scheduled my cleaning for a Sunday afternoon and received a call from Kiran saying that the team they had originally assigned was going to be later than the original time slot because they were at another place. Unfortunately that wasn't going to work for me so Kiran came herself to clean my place! She and Alex did an amazing job and made sure everything was clean and pretty! They were super nice and Alex ended up having to help me clean off a couple of things that were in the garage that I was taking with me (because I can't do spiders) and even helped me put them into my car because they were heavy. They took a little bit longer to clean my place but I'm glad they did because they actually cleaned so many things that other places would have you add on. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and go through them in the future!

We thought we'd have to throw away our couches, decorative pillows, & love seat. We called carpet Kings and they seriously were there and less than 2 hours! They guaranteed that their steam cleaning would permanently remove the odor. Honestly, I was extremely skeptical that it would work, so they offered to do 1 couch pillow as a test.. It absolutely worked! They saved 2 couches, a loveseat and 25 pillows! The smoke odor is completely gone and was not replaced with heavy fragrance or chemical smells. I thought we would pay thousands of dollars for this service but NO, they are extremely reasonable, too! The technicians were so friendly & professional. I cannot say enough great things about this business. They deserve all of their positive reviews & then some!
