But luckily, a great employee, Justin walked up to me and introduced himself and the other person he was working with and offered their assistance in finding anything I was looking for. They also explained the sale to me. With the sale prices it is possible to purchase a really good quality tennis shoe and a really great savings. This was a great shopping experience thanks to some really good employees who are passionate about their product and about helping people.

I can always tell the type of place I'm in by the gun counter and staff there. I just listen and eventually the quality of staff will be clearly shown. It happened within 5 minutes of being here. A good looking older woman came to the gun counter. There was an older guy behind the counter working on a fishing reel. The staff member was later found to be named Gary. She approached and was quite timid. She told Gary she thinks it's time she bought a pistol for long trips and was set on a 9mm. She had a few questions about carry/concealment etc. Gary's answers were sound and on point. But, that's not what impressed me the most. This did- She asked Gary which 9mm he recommended. I was kinda waiting to hear his advice. Unlike a lot of other gun counter sales guys, he did NOT try and sell her the most expensive, race gun that she'd never need or even feel comfortable shooting. Gary fit her for a solid choice. I mean, solid. Not the most expensive nor the least. He showed her the perfect pistol for her hand and needs. Fit it to her hand and explained the features of that pistol. It would of been my recommendation as well, if she would've asked me. Gary is a great example of a knowledgeable older gun guy that every twenty something gun guru needs to aspire to be like. Gary's knowledge and experience made me a life long customer. She returns to tell me the woman refused to let her use it giving the excuse that she was by herself and couldn't leave the floor. I reply that I will escort them to the restroom (was planning to anyway) so she wouldn't have to leave the floor, she still refuses. Mind you this restroom is 3 steps into their back room! Every place I shop I expect to be able to use the restroom especially for my children. I find it unacceptable customer service to treat children like that saying they have to go next door (to a competitor) to use the facilities. My family shouldn't be inconvenienced because of their staffing issue. I won't be back to this location again.
