Their receptionist Karen was very friendly and helpful and contacted me back with a plumber who showed up within a half hour. Sam was very knowledgeable and taught me about sump pumps. He figured out one of our sump pumps, that no plumber has ever looked at, was dead so he replaced it and the water started going down. He said if we still needed our outside drain tile routed, we could make an appointment and they would come back out. We will use them again for our other plumbing needs. I highly recommend Salyer for quality work and peace of mind!

That was in 2020 but the problem was never fixed. He died the following year but I did not know about this until early this year as I was going thru his old checks. My late husband, 75 yrs old at the time, put his initials on that line but then why charge all the money if you cannot resolve the issue? I am now suing them in small claims court. They have taken no responsibility. My advice: Do Not Use These People!!!! BEWARE!!@
