This time, after an extensive remodeling done by a very good contractor and installing a new tankless water heater, I... lost hot water in the whole house even though the heater seemed to work just fine and was checked thoroughly by the contractor and few other consultants. Szabo's plumbing was my only hope, Branden and Tony came 2 days ago, as all Szabo's plumbers they were very polite and respectful to the property, listened attentively, complimented the contractor's work, studied all plumbing system of the house, pointed at a possible culprit (industrial grade utility sink), adjusted the sink faucets' position and the problem was instantly solved! I really appreciated all of the thoughtful planning. I then received a very reasonable quote, given that it was a major project that would take an entire day. Bruce then arrived on the project day and knocked it out of the park. He did excellent work and kept me informed throughout the process. Really nice guy and great plumber. A few days later, John called me to check in to make sure everything was working okay. And then I got an invoice that matched the quote. Overall I could not be more pleased.
