Never again would rent from this place is a horrible place where their customers safety means absolutely nothing to them.

### Excellent Customer Service!…read more I had a wonderful experience with **Enterprise Rent-A-Car on University Avenue in Riverside** while my vehicle was being repaired through my AAA insurance claim. The entire process of getting into a rental car was easy and hassle-free. They even provided transportation from the body shop to Enterprise, and when my car was ready, they went above and beyond by providing a ride from their location back to the new body shop. That level of customer service really made a difference! All of the staff I interacted with--both (in person and over the phone)--were polite, professional, and worked very hard to make sure everything went smoothly. I was also very happy with my little **Hyundai Venue** rental. It was comfortable, economical, and **great on gas**, which was an added bonus! I truly appreciate the entire Enterprise team at this location and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a rental car. **Thank you for making an otherwise stressful situation so much easier!**

We will see, but I even visited my bank today and they show no pending refund deposit. What a bummer because I definitely would have given a 5star. All in all, get your finance department in order when people actually give you a cash deposit. When you say you will RECEIVE within 7-10 business days, you need to refund by or before then and not the day of the 10th day. BE PROACTIVE: Now i am worried I will have to pay a late fee for rent, and I probably will because I still don't see any activity and my grace period ends today.
