I even had to call in, and request it. This is part of my rent money I relied on and now it looks like I am going to be late. We will see, but I even visited my bank today and they show no pending refund deposit. What a bummer because I definitely would have given a 5star. All in all, get your finance department in order when people actually give you a cash deposit. When you say you will RECEIVE within 7-10 business days, you need to refund by or before then and not the day of the 10th day. BE PROACTIVE: Now i am worried I will have to pay a late fee for rent, and I probably will because I still don't see any activity and my grace period ends today.
