I went to Salisbury location at 8:30 AM and was told that they didn't have anything to switch out. Called Hertz and they sent me to Firestone to have it fixed. I spent most of the day trying to get their broken car fixed. Long story short they never authorized the new tires. So now they are going to have to come and tow it away. Meanwhile I missed a funeral viewing for the last of my father's siblings I wouldn't have flown to Maryland if I didn't have things that needed to be taken care of. I will never use that worthless company again. Horrible customer service. Beware stay away from them.

They are appropriately staffed with 1-2 people. While they are the happiest lot, they are courteous and professional, and get you in and out quickly. There's no need for a shuttle bus as the cars are in a lot just to the right as you exit the terminal. Being a small operation, there's no pre-assigned group of cars for Gold members, but you're in and out so quickly it doesn't really matter.

But, then I was refused my rental as I do not own a major credit card in my name and they refuse to take debit card or cash even if I agreed to double the deposit. I had to cancel thru Priceline who wanted to say my reservation was non refundable! After a few hours of phone calls while sitting in the airport I was refused a refund at first by Priceline. Once I negotiated a refund. I approached Enterprise. Much easier to work with and very upset she had nothing till tomorrow. Enjoyed the driving of the Nissan Versa immensely! When the Enterprise associate called to let me know they couldn't guarantee a Jeep, I was super bummed. I explained to them how my then 93 year old grandmother who I was going to visit, loved when I rented a Jeep so we could cruise together. The gentleman I spoke with was touched by this and he promised me he would make it happen. When I landed at SBY, they had the most adorable yellow Jeep Wrangler waiting for me. My grandmother and I had THE BEST time listening to music, laughing and riding all around Rehoboth, Dewey, Bethany, Fenwick and Ocean City. I'm so grateful this Enterprise location - although very small and limited inventory - was able to secure this particular car for me! Every Enterprise employee I dealt with was accommodating, courteous, efficient and professional.
