Given the scarcity of rental cars these days, we felt extremely lucky. And Wade worked through our car insurance company to give us their lowest rate. We felt so lucky to get a rental so quickly and at such a good rate. Wade was terrific. He, along with Nokes, saved our Eastern Shore weekend trip.

I went to Salisbury location at 8:30 AM and was told that they didn't have anything to switch out. Called Hertz and they sent me to Firestone to have it fixed.
