The cars are ready when promised and typically I wind up getting a free upgrade. When going to the airport and doing a drop off, I go with national because they have no drop-off fee. This Branch does not have gas pumps so they just expect you to bring it back with the same amount of gas it had when you left with it. The staff is always extremely friendly and accommodating.

Given the scarcity of rental cars these days, we felt extremely lucky. And Wade worked through our car insurance company to give us their lowest rate. We felt so lucky to get a rental so quickly and at such a good rate. Wade was terrific. He, along with Nokes, saved our Eastern Shore weekend trip.

After only one day and less than 40 miles of driving, the check engine light came on. I immediately contacted customer service and was told I could return the vehicle. Since they didn't have another SUV available, I planned to rent from another company. The biggest issue was the lack of customer service and accountability. I prepaid for 5 days but only had the vehicle for 1 day, and I was not refunded for the unused rental period. Customer service told me they would open a claim for a refund, but that never happened. When I spoke with the counter staff, I was told there was nothing they could do and that it had to go through customer service -- who then failed to follow through. I paid for a service I was unable to use and was left with no resolution. Poor communication, poor customer service, and an overall awful experience. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else.

When I returned for pickup, my passenger side was not "repaired" and had additional damage that was not addressed. More parts were required and needed to be painted. -- Furthermore, SOMEONE HIT SOMETHING causing several additional large scratches into the driver side bumper and quarter panel of my truck, while it was in the car of Preston Auto Body. Danny was extremely apologetic, addressed my concern and set up an immediate repair. After jumping through that hoop, my truck bumper was painted and looked great. I took my truck home only to realize something didn't look right again. I found the safety hook surround was missing. I understand it is stupid, $100 piece, but it was there before the accident so it should still be there post repair. Danny again apologized and set up the immediate repair. Leadership at Preston Ford, If it was not for Danny this (3*) would be (1*). Danny apologizing for the service techs, and Danny's attention to setting up immediate repairs without not trying to argue or negate the facts are what saves the business here.

We planned an outing to go see Furnace Town near Pokeomoke City. Her car had a slight grinding sound that we were concerned about. The day of the outing, it was much, much worse. We searched for a Toyota dealer and found the one in Pokeomoke City. They couldn't help us! We were shocked! She is a loyal customer, we are 4 hours from home (New Jersey) and driving a car that is possibly dangerous and they wanted us to come back the next day! We drove to the Napa center across the highway and they too were too booked up to even look at the car until late afternoon and then do repairs the next day! We were stranded 45 minutes from her house in Ocean City, driving a dangerous car and being turned away at each place. The kind guy at NAPA said "see the red roof across the street, try there, they do brakes". We did - and Steve was our savior! What an incredibly gracious and kind man! Not only did he immediately pull the car he had in the garage out and pull hers in to look at it, but once we knew it was truly dangerous to drive, he called Enterprise across the street, got us on the phone with them for a rental, and since we would have to wait, drove us across the highway to a diner so we could get lunch and wait. When Enterprise let us know they had a car ready, but they couldn't come to us; Steve to the rescue again by sending Michael to pick us up, drive us to Enterprise and then he waited to make sure we got a car! Steve kept in touch with my friend via text, letting her know when the parts came in,(and he had to call numerous places to get the parts too) all the costs, and when the work was being done. His labor costs were more than reasonable and the work was done quickly the next day. Gracious, kind, thoughtful and truly was our hero! Oh, and if you stop in, be sure to give Chance, the adorable in-house pup a treat! Thanks Steve and crew!
