I was driven over the bridge to the beach so that I could ride the OC bus back to my home between 84th and 85th Sts. Though the distance was only 3.5 mile, given the traffic on the holiday week-end, it took 1 hour and 25 minutes. If that's not extreme consideration I don't know what is. THANK YOU OC Enterprise!

Chris (I believe that was his name) was nothing but kind and concerning. I pulled up to Enterprise at about 5:28 and was driving away in the new rental at about 5:32. The new rental was fantastic, and we were able to safely enjoy our trip. Just want to again express my appreciation for Chris's kindness, and professionalism.

I came into…read moreExpress Rent-A-Car about four days ago, just a dad of three kids trying to rent a car and get on with my day. Instead, I was met with the grumpiest old man behind the counter who couldn't have been more rude if he tried. He was flat-out disrespectful, talking down to me, and asking an endless amount of pointless questions that had nothing to do with simply renting a car. It felt like he went out of his way to make the process miserable. If this is how they treat paying customers, I don't know how this place is still in business. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs.

I called to see if I could stop in and rent a car…read moreat 4:30pm and the attendant on the phone told me I couldn't come that late because she did not want to work past 5pm. When I got to the place at 4:15pm, she told me that the website (that I had previously tried to book on) had more cars on it then she did and she only had a very small yaris (I needed a car with AWD or 4WD). Not a good experience and will not be renting from this Hertz in the future.

The young man that…read moreworks there was very pleasant to deal with, took notice to small things and even went above and beyond to accommodate me when I questioned something on the first vehicle. I requested if he had another of similar, without hesitation he said yes and showed me two other models, one of which I picked. He quickly had it up front, the air running to cool the vehicle off because it was a hot day and after a few minutes, gave me my paperwork, wished me a safe travel, all with a smile. Thank you! When he got back to this Pocomoke City office, he quickly got us a car so we could continue on to Chincoteague while our Jeep was being repaired at Nokes'. Given the scarcity of rental cars these days, we felt extremely lucky. And Wade worked through our car insurance company to give us their lowest rate. We felt so lucky to get a rental so quickly and at such a good rate. Wade was terrific. He, along with Nokes, saved our Eastern Shore weekend trip.

Due to an accident, i arraigned to have my car repaired and to reserve an SUV. When I went to pick…read moreit up on the reserved date, they only had a Jeep large, high truck with narrow running board which is difficult for a senior woman. The manager rudely said that was all he had and basically take it or not. He made no attempt to apologize , left the office to take a phone call. His young assistance apologized and said he would try to find another rental, but couldn't guarantee when this would happen. My husband drove it home as we had no other choice. I notified the repair center and our insurance company that this matter was not handled well. We then drove to an Enterprise location in Seaford where we were immediately told they would find us a vehicle and take care of us. I will post a positive review on that location
