Upon my arrival, I noticed an enterprise employee outside assisting another customer with their rental car. After coming up the the building I saw 5-6 employees inside behind the front desk and tried pulling on the door, for it to be locked. The employees proceeded to stare at me through the window without acknowledging me. The employee who was previously helping the other customers then came up to the door beside me, and waited for someone to unlock the door. The employee did not greet me, or acknowledge me. The employee was then let in, yet I was left standing outside standing in the 90° heat with the door being locked behind them. I was locked outside several more minutes in the heat waiting to be let in. The lack of customer service was very frustrating. Nobody greeted me or even offered me to come inside from the heat. I understand the business opens at 8:00am, yet I think it is very unprofessional to leave customers waiting out in the heat, with no help. Especially after assisting other customers. Even if they were not able to help service me right away, an acknowledgment that I would be helped soon or a simple good morning would have went a very long way. I will not be renting from this location again.

Secondly, I paid for three days and then my car was repaired after two and when I attempted to return it, I was told I'm still gonna be charged for the extra day because it was a prepaid. So here's to tell the World do not pre-pay it does you no good and only harm. Third, I was informed you will probably be charged more by prepaid than if you asked for any deals when you get to the counter The cars are always nice. Paperwork was fairly painless and terms were well explained. A refundable deposit for debit card use was a hassle, but this seems to now be an industry standard. All things considered, Hertz provided a satisfactory rental option for us.

just now NEW Booked a…read morevan for a week long vacation with 3 kids and 3 adults. Returned the vehicle in typical condition after going on a road trip. There were crumbs on the floor and all of the kids had blankets so there was some fuzz from the blankets stuck to the carpet. They threatened to charge us $500 for a cleaning fee due to having animal hair in the vehicle. At no point during our trip did we have an animal in the vehicle. The only hair on the floor was human hair. After arguing for several minutes I decided to give in and go to a near by car wash. I asked the tenant if they get a lot of people from hertz with the same complaint and he shook his head and said yep. When I brought the van back I said you're welcome for your free car wash. Animal hair does not come up with a regular vacuum and if there was in fact animal hair it would have taken me much longer to remove all of it. I would have given zero stars if that were an option.
