NorthshoreXpress absolutely saved the day for me, and I can't recommend them enough. I had a 2:00…read moreAM ride scheduled with Uber from Covington to the airport, and right at 2:00 AM I got a notification that my ride had been canceled because no drivers were available. I waited another 10-15 minutes on the app hoping they would reconnect me with another driver, but no luck. Then I tried Lyft and spent another 10 minutes trying to find a ride there, with no success either. At this point, I was panicking that I was going to miss my flight. I went on Google searching for transportation options, called a few places, and nobody answered. Thankfully, that's when I found NorthshoreXpress. To my surprise, they answered immediately. When I explained my situation, they calmly said, "Not a problem, a driver can do the job." They quickly sent me a secure credit card payment link, and the price was much more reasonable than Uber or Lyft. Even better, I was picked up in less than 15 minutes. The driver shared his location so I could track him on my phone, which gave me great peace of mind. The driver (who I later found out was the owner) was incredibly courteous, professional, and intelligent. He kept up great conversation during the ride, which really helped calm my nerves after the stressful experience with Uber and Lyft. I truly appreciated his willingness to help me at 2:30 in the morning. Do yourself a favor and book NorthshoreXpress if you're heading to the airport or need dependable transportation for any reason. Don't rely on Uber or Lyft when you can use a company that truly comes through when it matters most!

Ms. Brittany was right on top of it - she got me sorted, got my truck registered, and even set me up with a new license while I was there. I even passed the eye test and had the glasses restriction removed from the DL - how freaking cool is that? I thank the Lord for my continued healing and for this amazing life He allows me to lead. I was "next" in the virtual queue for 20 minutes! (The queue said 1 minute). This was after waiting an hour. At 1130 each person left one by one for lunch after finishing with their customer. It was excruciating. The service was good as always but they really should only take one at a time. On the positive side is they have a good virtual queue with good updates and once they get to you they take care of business. I have used other title places who are tied with this one or a little better

Our driver, Christopher, was knowledgeable, professional, and considerate, helping some of us down from the stairs as we entered various businesses and corporate parks.
