We used the sleek large bus for 23 Leadership North Shore Class of 2025's to complete our journey on economic development Day. This educational program took us from one into the Parish to the other. Our driver, Christopher, was knowledgeable, professional, and considerate, helping some of us down from the stairs as we entered various businesses and corporate parks. The leather interior inside was pristine, and you just sink into the luxury of that seat.The lighting and atmosphere of the bus lends itself to fun with colorful, blue lighting, but in our case, we could actually see to read our cell phones or any documents we were going over. The ride was smooth as silk. and the trip was pulled off flawlessly. Never again!!!!!!!! wedding was 10/19/25. Rode to the Balcony Ballroom in the heat.... sweating. So hot, I had to lift my dress up to breathe.... Not to mention my driver drove us like she was driving in her own personal car... entirely too fast!!!!! called the company soon as I we were dropped off at the location and was told that they will investigate it. been calling the company ever since no ans, going to voicemail, receiving an I will give you a call back text. No calls!!!!! Horrible service. Mind you I didn't have no issues giving them their money upfront, nor tipping the drive $100 when she arrived..... this is exactly why I can't support my own ppl for special moments!!! I booked Riculfy Livery to handle the Transportation for my Grandmother's Funeral. Despite the many 5 Star Reviews on Google, I received nothing but attitude, greed, harassment, and horrible customer service from the owner Nikia. I truly wish Mr. Riculfy was still around. Upon booking, we when I stated I wanted the 3 hour deal rated at $200 an hour she tried to tell me that it was only for Mon-Thurs. None of that was listed on the advertisement. We also agreed that I would pay her driver gratuity in cash. That was not a problem but when confirming the services and giving my expectations, that's when the nasty attitude came. There were other times where I heard some vehicles were sent out with no AC, broken radios and sound systems, or just dirty. There were also times where the wrong type of vehicle showed up. No business is perfect but I was told that many complaints from previous clients were rectified. I was not looking into having any of these problems. Outside of giving her my standards to save myself but moreso of her company the embarrassment, I simply asked can I get iced down waters. She promised multiple times that week I would have it, but at 10 PM the previous night, I received a text saying she didn't "feel good" so water will not be provided. Having Chauffeur Experience, the water shouldn't have been something I had to ask for. Even the morning of, there were ample stores that water and ice could have been picked up from. The only person whom I had a pleasant experience with was the Driver. He was on time and the courtesy call was appreciated. On the way to bury my Grandmother, before my time was even up, Nikia called and texted me, and heartlessly and expeditiously charged my card for an additional hour. The call and text and additional charges could have waited until the next Business Day. Already overwhelmed with grief, and in the last moments with my Grandmother, that was not the time or place to hound me about additional time. I guess Nikia had a full recovery when she charged my card, because it seemed that the charges were more important than the service to say that I wasn't "feeling well" either. I will always remember how ugly Riculfy Livery treated me on one of the saddest days in life. So please future clients, look and book elsewhere ‼ I will gladly tell people to book Burton, Exquisite Diamond, Alert, or Mansion Luxury Car Service if they want an actual service vs an Uber Black XL. I can truly see why there has been such a decline in Riculfy. Never will I use or refer anyone to this company. Do NOT book with this company. We reserved a limo bus from them for an event on Thanksgiving Day, but ended up needing to cancel the reservation because the location of the event was changed. We requested to cancel TWO MONTHS prior to the event (plenty of notice) but Riculfy said they give no refunds whatsoever. Their rationale behind "no refunds whatsoever" was that the limo had to be reserved and taken off the market to other customers. But they had previously told us we would be their only customers on Thanksgiving Day because they are not normally operating that day. Extremely disappointed. If you need any flexibility on your reservation and don't want to be robbed, stay away from them!! Totally unreasonable read more

We rented a party bus for our wedding. We rented the one with the pole in it because we wanted to dance and I told the owner this. Then the night of the wedding a completely different party bus showed up. A call would've been nice because I said I wanted a pole and that's the whole reason we got a party bus to dance on after the wedding. Well this party bus had booths and a portion of the back we had room to dance. That's like renting a rolls Royce and they show up with a Bentley. Both a car but not what we asked for. We didn't say nothing we just went with it because what were we going to do. Then we got on the bus and started driving not even 5 minutes in the driver was hitting the brakes so hard. We waited awhile before we said anything. I personally walked up to the front and ask the driver if he could stop hitting the brakes so hard because we were falling down on top of each other. He said okay didn't say anything about us standing up or dancing. A little bit after that he slammed so hard on the brakes again, but this time two of the girls standing up dancing fell one on top of the other. The girl who had someone fall on her has had to use crutches to help walk and recently just got a MRI because her knee wasn't getting any better and they said she'll possibly have to get surgery on her knee. That's amazing that she is now having to pay medical bills because the driver couldn't stop slamming on the brakes after we asked twice. I forgot to add that I was watching the road at this point because he never stopped slamming on the brakes even though I asked and told him he was throwing people around. I no longer could enjoy the party bus because I was getting so nauseous from how he was driving. NO CARS WERE IN FRONT OF HIM TO SLAM ON THE BRAKES. HE WAS SLAMMING ON THE BRAKES AT RED LIGHTS AND STOP SIGNS. The following day, Sunday August 27th, I call the business to talk to the owner. She answered and said she wasn't in the office so call tomorrow. I did. I called the next 3 days with no answer. But I did get a text message saying she was on the phone and would call me after. She did not. I wanted to tell her what happened and that we weren't happy with our driver and I guess she didn't care. But I wouldn't know if she cared because we never were contacted and now it's October and still no call. If I would've known this is how everything was handled I would've never used this company. And paid the extra money to go somewhere else. Thanks Riculfy Livery for not contacting me back and apparently giving us a driver who didn't know how to brake as if it was his first time ever driving that bus or any bus. Once again never were told we couldn't dance from the driver or the owner. Think again before renting from this company because once we paid we never were contacted again regarding anything. If the owner wanted to make it right and contact me it'd be a different story and I wouldn't be posting this review, but I didn't even get the opportunity so here i'm posting a review. read more

I was in New Orleans last week and used Millennium for my rides to and from the airport. Both drivers were punctual, courteous, and friendly. The limos were in great shape too. On my way to the airport for my return trip home, I left my cellphone in the limo. The limo service shipped the phone back to me in Chicago. All in all, my experience was great. read more
