We needed a helping hand in planning a trip to Europe we are taking in November. I thought who better to help us than the place we relied on when we booked our honeymoon ten years ago, Pearson's Travel World. One thing that I like about going here is the smell of new leathery luggage that hits you as soon as you walk in. The staff has always greeted me upon entering, even if they are engaged with someone. They are not too pushy but they don't leave you hanging either. When get to the back, the ladies at the front desk of the travel agency are very kind and helpful. They are quick to get you talking with one of the agents. Over the years, I have spoken to a few different people and they each have been extremely accommodating and helpful. Sometimes planning a big trip, like a 10 day to Europe, can be daunting so why not let the pros do it for you. The agent that helped us this time, Chris, found us the best flights possible and he even changed a flight that ultimately didn't work for us the very next day. Overall I am very pleased this place and I will definitely go back to Pearsons's in the future for their service.

I've bought some really cute purses here and they just have to many cute things for adults and kids. I just got a box of 50 surgical disposable face masks for $39 that might sound like a lot but I've been seeing places around charging $2 to $5 a piece for 1 so just saying hats off to Pearson's for not price gouging

Tammy, Justin and their team arranged the trip of a lifetime to Italy for me, my husband and 3…read moreother couples earlier this month. Tammy has visited Italy numerous times over the years, so she was able to recommend hotels, restaurants and tours knowing the quality of each establishment. We were there for 18 days and all of the plans prepared by Tammy went off without a hitch! We stayed in Venice, Florence, Cortona (a small village in Tuscany), Rome and ended our trip with a few days in Positano on the Amalfi coast. We toured wineries, had walking food tours and saw the sights one expects to see while in Italy, such as the Vatican, Coliseum & Parthenon in Rome; we took a private yacht to the island of Capri, toured the ruins at Pompeii and had a private cooking class with a Michelin starred chef...all seamlessly arranged by Tammy! We were driven from place to place in very nice Sprinter vans with professional drivers. All of our tour guides were English speaking and were very knowledgeable. I highly recommend VIP Travel Experience to anyone who is planning a bucket list trip. You will not be disappointed!
