    Great Service! Ladies working here are Top Notch! Felt very valued and they gave Amazing Customer service. Genuine and humble! Service with a Smile! Wow! Hertz came thru for us after struggling with competitor "Ent"! This mom is very happy to have a vehicle after losing mine in bad accident. Thank you Hertz ladies !!

    NEVER RENT FROM THIS LOCATION! I rented a car to drive to my hometown for Thanksgiving. First of all, the car was FLITHY and the windshield had been struck my a pebble and you could tell that it was not repaired to prevent the spreading of the crack. On the way to Chicago, I get a notification that the windshield washer fluid is low. Annoyed, but no biggie. I'm driving back to Cypress and I get a notification light on the dash saying engine oil low. I'm approximately 14 hours away from my destination. So I check the percentage, it says 5%. Yes, 5%. Why wouldn't they check this before they rented the car? I went to the nearest Auto Zone en route to try to add oil. I checked the oil stick and it was crud in the oil stick once I wiped it and dipped it back in the tube, literally no oil. The people at Autozone told me that adding oil would not work, I would need to get an oil change. Getting an oil change on a vehicle that does not belong to me shouldn't be my responsibility. The closest Jiffy Lube, 5 Min Oil Change, and Walmart Auto Center were all closed. Now I'm forced to attempt to drive 14 hours back to Cypress. I will be in contact with corporate because this is unacceptable and very unprofessional. It's not like I was a walk-in wanting a car on the spot. I made the reservation well over a month in advance. Looking at the other poor reviews, I'm surprised this location isn't under some type of investigation. But like I said before, corporate will be hearing from me. I'm pretty sure the positive reviews on this location is fake because it is far from the truth. Update: oil went to 0% called emergency roadside assistance. They gave me 2 options 1) get a tow but it's nothing they can do until the morning and we would have to go to the closest airport to exchange cars. The issue with that is that the closest airport was 2 hours away, we already passed it up and it location was closed. The second option is to get a hotel near by. We decided to get a hotel. Then in the morning I took a car THAT DOES NOT EVEN BELONG TO ME to get an oil change because the incompetent employees do not check their cars. Now I'm 8 hours behind my original arrival time and I'm out of hundreds of dollars. How is this is corporate location and they are this negligent? Oh, and on top of everything the person I talked to at the emergency roadside told me that since this is a corporate location, and Arkansas does not have any corporate locations, that if I got a new car, they would have to cancel my existing reservation and they will have to charge my card for the new car AND the extra $200 deposit. I do not have that type of money. ESPECIALLY when THIS LOCATION WAS NEGLIGENT.

So I sat on the seating in the office and proceeded to make an on line reservation. The online service said no vehicles available, which I knew there was. I relayed this to the employee working the desk, and she said, nothing I can do about that. Offered absolutely no help at all and could care less if I rented a vehicle. I walked out, went home and signed on to Enterprise on line and within minutes had a car reserved at a lower rate than Avis. When I went to ENTERPRISE to pick the vehicle up, it was quite a different experience. The ENTERPRISE representative was professional, unlike AVIS. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. We will never ever rent for AVIS again. Enterprise is leagues above AVIS. Glad to have had the option to elect ENTERPRISE!

    I had the worst experience from the manager Michelle in my life I've ever had an experience that…read morebad ,I had to call the cops to report her I am currently in the midst of getting camera footage because when I first went in the store, I was stood there for 10 minutes and I set a timer on this lady was next-door shopping. She claims she was shopping for the restroom. She had four bags or five bags as a manager You should not have a job and that was nothing compared to the type of service she gave me she was very disrespectful. We exchanged words because she didn't know her job, I kept asking her if she's going to reimburse the gas money because she made us go fill the tank up after my aunt already prepaid, Michelle the so-called unprofessional manager even made a young boy, followed me to the gas station to tell me that I don't need to put gas anymore, but he was too late because I had already put gas so when I went back inside the store asking her if we were gonna get refunded, she decided to yell and say I already did it. Prior to that I was trying to show her a picture of the gas that it was barely anything that was left for the car to be on full ,I was just trying to show her if I still need to fill it up and she goes who's next behind the line which I didn't understand because me and my aunt were still standing right in the front, so why are you screaming? Can I help the next person you're not done with us so I later found out that she was the manager that's actually very sad and I would complain every day and go up there every day till I don't see her there anymore. I will make sure I follow through with corporate supervisors, and everybody that I can. I don't like people that are disrespectful for absolutely no reason and I also don't like people that don't do their job correctly, like you are shopping during work hours you do not deserve a job. It doesn't matter if you're shopping for Avis you don't leave the store. I watched somebody came and left. She had an orange shirt on as the camera footage would show that she was upset because nobody was there. Michelle, you are unfit as a manager you do not deserve a job. I will be up there tomorrow with the police to collect the camera footage just know the day you disrespected me was the day you know not to ever disrespect a customer because I will take it the furthest legally she needs to understand they're people that hate rude managers more than anything and I'm one of them.
