The cars are always. I mean always dirty or lacking windshield wiper fluid. I won't even get on the wait. 8:30 reservation not leaving until 10 am with vehicle. They recently got a new manager. I've had very minimal interaction with him. I somehow had a refuel charge on a rental and I always put my own gas and he went it upon return and removed it. Perry always displays, professional, interpersonal skills, and dealing with customers. There have been very rude customers (totally understandable frustration) and he responded respectfully. What I would like to offer as I shouldn't have to wait an hour to two hours every time I come to get a rental. Try looking at all of your reservation the day before before you close and have cars cleaned and prepared especially for your early morning reservation. At 8:30 in the morning, I should not have to wait for you to clean a car or drive a dirty car because I am on a time schedule. There's usually only one person always working, so they can never provide pick up service which something hurts does and they did not offer to send an Uber to pick me up. So I had to spend an additional $15 just to get to the rental car place and then wait another hour before getting a rental.

It's loads better and more convenient if you're flying in but also that convenience comes at a steep cost with all the extra taxes and fees when you rent from the airport. Also, the shuttle bus is annoying. At any rate; when I rent with my own ducats, I go to the local store closest to the crib to save the funds. Customer service is hit or miss. The car you get is hit or miss, whether you can get a pick up/drop off ride is hit or miss. You definitely can't get one on Saturdays. Their hours suck plus not open on Sundays. Always have to return the car on Saturday when my flight is early Monday or late Sunday, otherwise; the drop off fee to the airport is wild. I've had a little back and forth with CS once or twice but not lately. Also, rarely the car is filled up like at the airport so half the time, I'm returning the car with more gas than I was given. Chileeeee I'm starting to talk myself into paying that extra $150 at IAH LOL but nah, I'm too frugal

He's truly honest, has affordable pricing, and absolutely no nickel and diming on issues that do not need to be fixed. I went to Auto-Scan once before and had the motor mount replaced. No complaints. Since then, I went to Sun Automotive for a routine oil change. BIG mistake (see my review under Sun Automotive for details). I learned not to go back to those big talking auto shops and stick to the real mechanic that truly cares about getting your vehicle running safely and not hurting your wallet! Corey was able to remove the dipstick that was broken inside (after the oil change at Sun Automotive ) without having to replace the entire unit....saved me a few hundred $$. He also referred Houston Automatic Transmission for a transmission rebuild. Took about a week, but the best price in town. When your mechanic refers them, please listen. They stick to that price, and their work! I'll be taking my car to Corey at Auto-Scan from now on! Routine maintenance and all!

Lots of history on the walls, and as a Wyatt Earp nerd, they have some photos of him hanging up in there. So that alone was worth 4 stars. Had a great walk around with their estimates guy, Dallas, who let me watch the estimate as he was putting it in. Shows they have nothing to hide and are open to you asking questions. They were cheaper than all the other estimates I received and they were by far the nicest. Took my truck in on a Monday around 10 and it was done Wednesday afternoon. Pretty quick turn around time! Now here is where they impressed the pants off of me. My daughter accidentally opened the door into a holly bush, and scratched up the door. These guys here went above and beyond to professionally buff out the scratches and did it with out even bringing it up to my wife who picked up the vehicle. To do a random act of kindness is so rare now a days that I had to bring it up, and write this review. If you need body or paint done, this is your place in the cy-fair area. Thank you again guys!!

I was very impressed by the gentleman, Marc, that talked me out of getting HIDs. He explained to me that my bumper was fine, it was the spoiler under it that continued to catch on curbs. I obtained a quote from him, I was still shopping around and let him know that I'd be in touch. After exploring other body shops I decided that Rancourt was the best of all of the places I visited. I called to confirm that I wanted to have the body work done but Marc hadn't made a note of it. Then, I thought about it, and remembered that he hadn't gotten my name or my vehicle's VIN number. The gentleman that took my call jotted my information and told me he'd place a note on Marc's computer so that he'd get in touch with me. Five days later (4 business days) I still had not received a call from Rancourt. I was running errands so I decided to stop by the shop. By then, they had my estimate and needed me to put down money for repair. I paid the repair in full and was told they would call me one the side mirror had arrived. Three business days later, I decided to call on a whim to see if the part had arrived. It had and they were in the process of painting it. Again- no one called to schedule a time for me to drop off my car. I had to call THEM. On the phone I was thinking aloud of what day I wanted to drop off my car. The young lady on the phone stated something to the effect of "you want to think about it and call us back." I felt like I was being rushed or as if she was exasperated that I was taking time (albeit 20 seconds or less) to think about all that I had going on that day. I made an appointment and was told to drop off the car before 8AM. I was told it would be ready before the end of the business day and I would receive a call once my vehicle was ready. I dropped my vehicle off before 8 AM the morning of my appointment and went home (my friend followed me there to drive me home). No one called. I waited until the next morning to call, thinking: Maybe they needed more time than they estimated. When I called I found out that the wrong mirror had been ordered which delayed the repair. Again, no one called me of this development. I would have completely understood if someone had only reached out to me. The repair of the mirror was done just fine. I just wish that there had been better communication.

Autozone denied me service because one of their techs messed up and was sued, now upper management refuses services for certain vehicles. If you want to take a chance with your vehicle getting damaged especially how expensive things are now, Autozone will make sure to deliver subpar service at your cost.
