I had maybe a 10 minute wait at pickup and he was very unnecessarily apologetic about it. I'm extremely happy with my rental vehicle and have had nothing short of a positive experience.

And only presented me with the option to PAY EXTRA for a rental size I did not need and inconvenience that they caused me! I was 4 hours late to my destination and they gave me run around BS as to why they couldn't upgrade me as an apology for the inconvenience. 2. After 4 hours of hell, The car that they eventually decided to waive and allow me to rent was filthy and had only 26 miles of gas in it! I bet you can imagine how I felt. The lack of consideration, professionalism, and the poor attitudes from Sage (who claimed to be assisting this location from another Hertz location) was terrible. She mocked me about my situation, Deliberately gave me the wrong phone number to corporate and caused an issue that could have only lasted up to 30 mins to drag for OVER 4 HOURS! I lost nearly 1/3 of my vacation that I had to take off work for and spent it arguing and waiting, driving back and forth to and from this god forsaken location to finally have the upgrade fee waived had it been done THE FIRST TIME! Pickup was a breeze but there was an issue with the car we discovered after driving it a few minutes, so we went back to the rental counter. They didn't have another large SUV available until a few hours later and we didn't want to delay our road trip, so we went ahead with the original car and the attendant offered to take care of us upon return. During our trip we discovered another issue with the car which we explained to the rep Garrett upon drop off, and he took very good care of us as promised! We appreciated it so much. The vehicle had already been looked at by other shops and they determined the transmission needed rebuilding among other things. Armed with this limited info, I had already been looking at trading the unfortunately upside-down financed 240,000 mile thing and expecting to take a significant hit in the resale value. And that after spending $whatever just to get it running. Since replacing the transmission meant a $6,000 cost for this model vehicle I wanted a serious shop to take another look before moving forward. At first, Cory and team also thought the tranny was going ... until he discovered a bad motor mount during diagnostic inspection. Once that was replaced, no more "tranny bearing" noise. Apparently the engine mount caused a vibration that mimicked that bad tranny noise. Thank goodness they did a very thorough look over the entire vehicle and addressed the lesser problems first. Otherwise, I would have eventually ended up spending six grand and the negative equity unnecessarily. Cory found other relatively minor problems that led to the SUV needing to be towed in to them and successfully repaired / replaced them all such that my daughter now has pretty much a brand new ride. Cory and his guys saved me a lot of serious headaches and substantial coin. Not even close to the amount I was clutching my pearls over. Communication was also great with updates along the way over the course of a few days. Cory took care of everything and I never had to leave home and was even able to pay for everything over the phone with invoice emailed. All my daughter has to do now is Uber it over there to Cory's shop and pickup her ride. Thanks Cory. Lots of history on the walls, and as a Wyatt Earp nerd, they have some photos of him hanging up in there. So that alone was worth 4 stars. Had a great walk around with their estimates guy, Dallas, who let me watch the estimate as he was putting it in. Shows they have nothing to hide and are open to you asking questions. They were cheaper than all the other estimates I received and they were by far the nicest. Took my truck in on a Monday around 10 and it was done Wednesday afternoon. Pretty quick turn around time! Now here is where they impressed the pants off of me. My daughter accidentally opened the door into a holly bush, and scratched up the door. These guys here went above and beyond to professionally buff out the scratches and did it with out even bringing it up to my wife who picked up the vehicle. I obtained a quote from him, I was still shopping around and let him know that I'd be in touch. After exploring other body shops I decided that Rancourt was the best of all of the places I visited. I called to confirm that I wanted to have the body work done but Marc hadn't made a note of it. Then, I thought about it, and remembered that he hadn't gotten my name or my vehicle's VIN number. The gentleman that took my call jotted my information and told me he'd place a note on Marc's computer so that he'd get in touch with me. Five days later (4 business days) I still had not received a call from Rancourt. I was running errands so I decided to stop by the shop. By then, they had my estimate and needed me to put down money for repair. I paid the repair in full and was told they would call me one the side mirror had arrived. Three business days later, I decided to call on a whim to see if the part had arrived. It had and they were in the process of painting it. Again- no one called to schedule a time for me to drop off my car. I had to call THEM. On the phone I was thinking aloud of what day I wanted to drop off my car. The young lady on the phone stated something to the effect of "you want to think about it and call us back." I felt like I was being rushed or as if she was exasperated that I was taking time (albeit 20 seconds or less) to think about all that I had going on that day. I made an appointment and was told to drop off the car before 8AM. I was told it would be ready before the end of the business day and I would receive a call once my vehicle was ready. I dropped my vehicle off before 8 AM the morning of my appointment and went home (my friend followed me there to drive me home). No one called. I waited until the next morning to call, thinking: Maybe they needed more time than they estimated. When I called I found out that the wrong mirror had been ordered which delayed the repair. Again, no one called me of this development. I would have completely understood if someone had only reached out to me. The repair of the mirror was done just fine. I just wish that there had been better communication.

Autozone denied me service because one of their techs messed up and was sued, now upper management refuses services for certain vehicles. If you want to take a chance with your vehicle getting damaged especially how expensive things are now, Autozone will make sure to deliver subpar service at your cost.

A little more space in that area would make a big difference, especially for larger vehicles. Price-wise, I think the membership makes sense if you wash your vehicle more than once a month. It's only a little more than paying for an individual wash, and then you can come back as often as you want. For me, that makes the value pretty reasonable. The wash itself is fine. Nothing extraordinary, but it gets the job done. It's convenient, consistently busy, and the membership makes sense if you use it regularly. Not perfect, but good enough--and apparently I'm not the only one who thinks so because there always seems to be a line.
