They did upsell without my authorization causing me to get flagged by my company. When I called to to tell them about it he said that it was a "minor mistake" it's not a minor mistake to me when this is my JOB they are playing with and I was flagged by my job because they did an unauthorized upsell. The manager was supposed to send me a receipt I have yet to receive that. read more

I Was taken good care of at this location. Everything was quick and simple. I was able to leave my rental at the collision place where I picked my car up from and they kindly returned it for me, making things so much smoother. Also Regina was the one that called to confirm everything being turned in. She explained the breakdown of the bill and went over and above to make sure everything went well for me. read more

He changed our reservation twice, then, when we arrived, told us no cars were available, offering no explanation. I would like to report a man working there today on January 2nd he gave bad customer service nothing he told me was helpful all he said was I don't know why are you worker there you don't know. Then tried to rent a car he can't changing the price once it was a final price I got the amount and it declined but me not knowing cause bad customer service you need 15% more on your card to rent a vehicle then when it declined 2 times he say I could try again for another 24 hour at Least that location went to other enterprise they were very helpful. I have used and purchased vehicles from Enterprise in the past. I called twice to this location. They never answered the phone on the first day at all. I called the next day and they picked up in about 5 minutes. They should at least pick up the call and say hello. This is why I could not give them a perfect score. I did not like the car they gave me originally. It was stinky inside and the tire pressure was bad and there was no windshield washer fluid. I replenished these that day and had to spend about one hour doing so. the next day, I got a tire pressure notification again! I asked them if I could switch out the vehicle and get an upgrade. The man I worked with. Gilbert was super awesome. He switched me out and showed me all the vehicles that he could help me with. He really turned around my situation into a positive one. Super nice and cool guy. I drove off the lot later with an SUV and felt so much better. All it takes is a person to acknowledge the customer and help fix it! Thank you Gilbert! Your were great. Fraudulent charges, complain they don't care and had to fight it through my credit card company. Calls asking for a manager go unreturned, called corporate office they don't care as well and never received a call back. A bunch of low life criminals... be warned. Have always had a decent to good experience renting cars here. I have used this location to rent a car at least 7-10 times. Mostly for travel, but twice when someone hit me and totaled my truck and then another time when someone on their cell phone rear ended me, causing a 7 day repair. The location is not a large location, and they have a limited amount of vehicles, but with that I have never had an issue being able to get a rental from here. Renting is always a breeze, as long as you show up with all the required documents. They have never given my any issue when I pulled up my proof of insurance on my phone. I usually make a reservation by phone and before they hang up with you, they remind you what to bring. From walking in the door, I am usually out of the door in 7-10 minutes. I live pretty close to this location on 1960/Jones Rd, I live about 10 minutes away. I always arrange to be picked up and dropped off when returning the vehicle and have never had any issue with it. They always show up on time and even ask you if you have all your documents before they pull away from your home. I also like that they are not pushy if you decline their insurance. I also appreciate that they let you drop the vehicle off at various repair shops close to their locations like Service King and AAMCO. The only reason they got 4 stars instead of 5 is because one time they rented me a dirty car. I was on a timeline and did not have time to turn around and return it or wait for them to clean it. I will say that is is very unlike them and since that particular time, I have rented once again with them and there were no issues with the cleanliness of the vehicle. Overall, anytime I need to rent a car, I will continue to use this Enterprise Location. read more

This review was long overdue. We rented car from this place in May 2017. One of the worst Rental Agencies I have ever rented a car from. I think their license should be revoked to rent any cars. The reason, when supposedly clean had a used condom in the backseat. Most disgusting thing you can find in a rental car. We had a baby seat and while we were fixing the seat in the back this disgusting thing was seen. During return the front desk lady was absolutely not apologetic .... and as if nothing happened said she cannot do much and will have a cleaner car next time. Henceforth will not be renting from Enterprise for sure .. Next time please check the car throughly if you plan to rent from this non-professional place. So I had a reservation today 7/23/2021. I made this reservation 2 to 3 days ago I made it in this area because my bf lives near and it was convenient for him to pick up my car while I drove off with the rental. I drove from the I 10 area. Anyways I called to give them a heads up that due to traffic I'd be late. The girl Who answered the phone says OK, after we hung up the manager calls back and says that they won't be able to rent me the car because I'm not verified. I'm not verified because they failed to follow up and tell me that I needed a credit card when. I told the person on the reservation line that I had a debit card and that's what I was paying with. So the workers at this location are supposed to follow up and let you know what you need to make the rental in the managers words and I quote "we assumed" you had a credit card. They basically wasted my time and didn't give two shits that I needed a rental car. These people are lazy and useless stay away from this location. read more

I had a reservation code through my auto insurance co. Enterprise agent refused to assign me a rental car without a copy of my car insurance policy. My auto insurance co had reserved a rental car at this specific Enterprise Car Rental address. Al, the had to do was refer to the paper work that my car insurance co sent them when the car rental was reserved in my name with the reservation code. I mentioned this to theEnterprise agent several times. However, she ignored me & served the next 6 customers who came in AFTER me. After waiting for one (1) hour without service I was understandably irritated & frustrated. When I asked noticeably irate & fed up with the unnecessary one (1) hour wait while customers one after another who came in after me were seen before me. I asked when can I get my rental car reserved-for me with a reservation code. The Enterprise agent told me my attitude was unacceptable & she would not provide me with the rental car that my car insurance co had specifically reserved for me. As a result ot the Enterprise agent's illegal refusal to rent me my reserved car & even though I had since received my car insurance policy number from my insurance company. Something the Enterprise agent could have done initially in no more than a couple of minutes with the paperwork from my car insurance co she already had in her possession. The agent told me my attitude was inappropriate & she was not going to allow me to rent a car with them. The problem with that is after calling numerous Enterprise car rentals in the area. NONE of them had rental car in the price range covered by my insurance.One Enterprise rental told me they had a 7 day waiting list. When I spoke with another Enterprise car rental. I was told that the agent at the Enterprise car rental that refused to rent me the vehicle reserved for me was breaking the law & company policy. Furthermore, insisting that I provide my car insurance policy. While ignoring fact she already had my policy # with the reservation code issued by my car insurance co. to Enterprise. IMO the agent was trying to coerce me to buying Enterprise's car insurance at their high rates. Although I already have full coverage with my own insurance. It's common knowledge car rental agencies will try to get clients to purchase their exorbitant car insurance. This agent was overly aggressive & crossed a legal barrier. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily in 48 hours I will proceed with an attorney in my behalf to rectify this nefarious business practice. read more

Zach was also very attentive and helpful but I just want to applied Justin on his determination and great worth ethic. I was an hour late getting there to rent my car, When I called to let them know, they said that wouldn't be a problem, but did alert me to there were others checking in at that time, so there may be a wait. They were very accommodating even though someone has called in sick, and they were Very busy, just like they had warned me, yet they still went out of their way to get me the car when I needed it. They only have 2 front desk people, so one person was all by herself. She did fantastic. The car was in excellent condition and perfect for our needs. They were also really helpful with any questions I had, and they checked in on us during the trip to make sure the car and everything was OK and apologized for the wait and were super kind when I returned. I am very happy about renting from here. Ask for Aleigha, (sp?) she will do her very best to help you. They are a smaller location, so if possible, be sure to let them know if your pickup time is different. They did tell me that they are hiring a 3rd person soon, so it should be a quicker check-in next time. read more

I have been to many car rental agencies in my life time, but I have never in my entire life have ever had the service like I had with the one off of 1960. They have cornered the market on customer service. Unreal. They pick you up from your home to the lot without any issues! You can call 1 hour before they need to pick you up and they will! You do not have to wait to make any reservations for that! They offer you water or coffee while you are being attended. Great service! read more

I recently rented a car from this location and I have to say it was a GREAT experience from start to finish. Angela came and picked me up on time and was extremely genuine and hospitable. Upon arrival to enterprise, my rental was ready and perfect for my trip. She thoroughly provided information related to the rental in an appropriate manner. The process took less than 15-20 mins and I was on my way. Originally, my drop off/ return time was at 8am however I was stuck in traffic and needed to extend my rental for a couple hours. I called the rental office and asked for an extension. The guy that answered was very accommodating and understanding. Once I arrived to drop off my rental. I was greeted by and asked about my trip by the branch manager Damir. I was provided my receipt and wasn't charged extra for the extension. They also conveniently provided transportation back to my residence. OVERALL MY EXPERIENCE WAS AWESOME!!! I highly recommend this location. read more

I had to put my car in the shop a few days ago, and this particular Enterprise contracts with the body shop I took my car to. They were pressuring me to get the extra 15.00 a day insurance, but being a single parent w/a son in college does not afford for extras in my budget. The rep was pushy and nervous..I could sense something was wrong. (His name was Archie...though they were all very rude and unprofessional. I can't believe I wasted smiles and lots of kindness on these folks! Anyway, Archie kept saying, "u really need to pay the extra 15.00 per day because if a windshield cracks or anything happens to a windshield, you'll have to pay us 250.00!" I thought it strange that he was so nervous and kept mentioning a "windshield cracking" The car was dirty (especially the windshield)...but I did not see any cracks. I've done business with many rental places and have NEVER had this happen. So, this kind of scam never crossed my mind.. Well, after I drove the dirty car off the lot, I rinsed the car so I could see through the windshield. I noticed after I started driving it (slowly) that a crack began to appear in the windshield. I've had the car for one day, only drove to work and back, and the crack was getting bigger. Oh crap... I need a lawyer!! DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS ENTERPRISE ON FM 1960, Suite J.... I've spent more money on this cheapy rental (in peace of mind...missing work) then if I had taken a limo! . Ran a CarFax report on the car, and had to take off of work to deal with my insurance company and face these cowardly thieves. What a nightmare!!! I GIVE ZERO STARS, BUT YELP REQUIRED AT LEAST ONE STAR. ugh.... - 1000 STARS!!! (update: returned the car...told them the truth...Archie was no where to be found (coward) and they rolled their eyes at me when I told the honest to God, swear on my own soul TRUTH! Before I moved to Houston this was my go to company, because Enterprise was always prompt, helpful, with great customer service. Now, I would never again think to actually give these people money. In the last year the service, quality of cars, and basic decentness has deteriorated to such a degree that quite frankly they suck! I will never every go back to this company. I have called this location repeatedly for 3 days, finally got an answer yesterday only to be told they have no cars. If you have no cars then why take the reservation? Then I called again today to see where I am on the wait list only to be told they only received my reservation this morning, which is a lie because documentation shows they actually received the information two days ago, and the person I spoke with yesterday said that he had my reservation. I understand that we currently experiencing an unfortunate situation here, but for a company to take advantage of people, and try to use their position as a way of lording it over people is pathetic!
