Also, thought I was gonna have to extend the rental. I could do that online, which is so convenient. I was a little late getting there but they called to check right as I was pulling up. Check in was easy, papers signed and my car was ready. I waited about 30 mins but they were working hard and it was another two sets of customers in the line. I rented a Toyota Camry and it was sufficient for getting around while my car was in the shop. They washed and cleaned the car while I waited and encouraged me to check it out to make sure no scratches. We returned the car after a week and this was a great experience.

I rented one through my insurance company & returned it to the Enterprise located on FM 529. They were really nice & easy to work with. Fast forward a few weeks & I still haven't replaced my car. My son was graduating from TAMU & I needed to rent a car. I reserved one online & they reached out to me by phone making sure the car that was available was ok. I needed a mid size car & it was perfect. There were a few issues with the vehicle, but the folks at this location really took excellent care of me. I'm not sure when I'll replace my car, but I do know that I'll return Enterprise until I do.

After 4 hours of hell, The car that they eventually decided to waive and allow me to rent was filthy and had only 26 miles of gas in it! I bet you can imagine how I felt. The lack of consideration, professionalism, and the poor attitudes from Sage (who claimed to be assisting this location from another Hertz location) was terrible. She mocked me about my situation, Deliberately gave me the wrong phone number to corporate and caused an issue that could have only lasted up to 30 mins to drag for OVER 4 HOURS! I lost nearly 1/3 of my vacation that I had to take off work for and spent it arguing and waiting, driving back and forth to and from this god forsaken location to finally have the upgrade fee waived had it been done THE FIRST TIME!
