I really needed the full size car so they offered to let me take a pickup and then return it once my reserved car was available. I got a call several hours later and returned to get the car. It was in great shape and very clean. The process was very efficient and Tori and the other staff were very helpful. I will definitely rent from them again.

They asked for the credit card, and I thought it was for the vehicle safety deposit. On the following Monday, I realized they had charged my debit card $56.10 and my credit card $59.13. I called their customer service (800 number) and spoke to a very unhelpful person. In the process of filing a complaint tonight with the Better Business Bureau and possibly one additional resource.

They said they would call us at 11 AM. When we hadn't heard anything by 12:30 we decided to just go. When we arrived, we saw that the vehicle was sitting outside and no one had notified us. At this point we were 3 1/2 hours past the time that we were supposed to pick it up. Then the issue became a credit card. While we didn't, no one was required, it was never made clear that we had to have one in person. We don't keep credit cards, so a family member had agreed to let us use theirs, but they do not live locally. Well, I understand policies, the front desk person called someone and whoever she called was unwilling to work with us. The front desk woman was also extremely rude and condescending.
