Great team of staff! The whole process was quick, seamless and they had a good selection of cars. I was lucky enough to be the first driver for one of them they had recently received from the dealership! Niko was super helpful, easy to talk to and so personable. Highly recommend him. Cade, the manager, was also gracious enough to partially refund me for their optional insurance after a bit of misunderstanding from my end. If I needed a rental, I'd definitely go to their location again. read more

NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY WILL STEAL ANYTHING AND LIE ABOUT IT! I have been to this enterprise many times because my insurance suggested! From now on NEVER EVER USE THIS WORSE COMPANY EVER! They don't tell you about the $200 deposit. If you want to use your debit card, bring a letter or utility bill to prove it's your debit card! WHAT? I'm retired from USPS, we would never guarantee what was in a letter being certified. How is enterprise going to prove it's my debit card by a piece of mail? IGNORANT MUCH! I asked for a ride to go get said information and your inept service said absolutely not! NEVER TRUST THESE INEPT PEOPLE! read more

This place was ass, I walked in checked in for my rental reservation for them to say "there was none" instead of trying to get a hold of the insurance or be HELPFUL they stood there and kept asking for the claim #. Like if it was going to change anything. Basically told me to figure it out or pay out of pocket for an ACCIDENT THAT SOMEONE ELSE HIT ME. Maybe some women should work there that would actually work instead of sitting there and being useless like all those men there. Lazy men only. Get a real job Oh and let me not forget they DROVE ME TO THEIR SHOP AND LEFT ME THERE WITHOUT A CAR 40 min away from home. I paid for a ride to get to my house and then LATER they called to help me get back to my car that was being worked on (that I could definitely drive) read more

Another awful Enterprise experience. We rent a car. They call us to tell us our rental is ready for pickup. We uber over $$. Then we are gaslit that they never called us blah blah. Then they change their story and say they called to say they have no cars. Another $$ spent on Uber. Then we get email telling us our rental is forfeit because we didn't pick it up! Zero stars!!! read more

They picked me up at the auto repair place and took me back to their office and got me a car which I rented for 18 days - when I returned it, they drove me to the auto repair place to pick up my car. Everything was very efficient, they were very helpful and courteous. The car was clean and in good condition when I picked it up. read more

Went to get my upgrade at the Front St location today. I have rented there many times and if you need excellent customer service, ask for Cade. He is a Manager with wonderful customer service skills. As everyone knows it is frustrating to get problems solved. We needed a 7 seat vehicle and he came to the rescue. Thank you! Call Enterprise on Front St if you need a vehicle or pick up. read more

Have rented a view times and everyone that helped me was beyond awesome. Niko was my agent that helped me last time. The car I originally got rented was smoked in they immediately switched me cars and gave me a $ 10 off the final price. It was very nice easy switch(: read more

0/10. Reserved a car, the next day during pick up was told only a larger more expensive option was available and would be close to double the original quoted price. Deserving of a 0 star rating for 0 star service read more

We went on a vacation and it was horrible the car was not properly cleaned and the seatbelts didn't work properly at all some of the features in the car were broken they chargers us more than they said they would and didn't return the money they owed us for returning the car earlier -Alyssa read more

The Mission Street store in Salem really saved the day for us on a Saturday, when Budget left us out in the cold. Had a reservation with Budget, but they apparently closed earlier than the website said they did and wouldn't come out to help us even though they were still there and had been expecting us.Our reservation was for the exact time that they closed. We arrived a few minutes late. My sis was in town from out of state and headed to a hotel reservation for a night on the coast... I was in need of my car so we were well and truly screwed if a rental could not be had. Because Enterprise was nearby, we hurried over there and even though THEY had also closed, they went ahead and helped us get on our way. They went way above and beyond. They literally saved the day for us. read more

AMAZING SERVICE!!! We had issues with another car rental place in the Salem area that wouldn't help us or do anything for us, even after the insurance sent us there with a reservation. We called Enterprise, within 20 minutes of closing and they told us, "get here when you can, we will make sure someone is here to help you". We got there after 15 minutes of them closing and the employee (didn't catch her name), was so friendly and helpful. Got us into the vehicle we were supposed to have. I highly recommend this company for renting cars. Very professional and willing to stay late to help people out. Salem location and staff are the best, making sure our family wasn't stranded after a car wreck. STAY AWAY FROM HERTZ read more

a minute ago Wow! Such amazing service! They picked me up and drove me to the car rental agency. There were a few people in front of me when I arrived but they took care of them promptly. When it was my turn, we looked at the car. They had picked out a red car for me and I let them know I was not fond of driving a red car. They even changed out the car color to another to accommodate my preferences! Every thing was easy, including the return! The return only took about 3 minutes! If I am back in town, I will definitely talk to them first! The people were so nice! Excellent customer service! read more

My car broke down and they were able to get me a rental car the same day. It was quick and easy. Angie was great to work with Ellen Wright

I was in an accident and my insurance arranged and paid for a rental. The first car I was given literally felt like the wheels were going to fall off while driving down the highway, it was beyond filthy, no floor mats, dents all over, and smelled of body odor. I informed them and they gave me another dirty car. When I returned my vehicle I left my handicapped permit in it and it disappeared. Real nice to make a disabled person that cannot walk long distances, have to park a mile away from any entrance. What is wrong with this place? read more

Really friendly staff, but a super busy station. They need more workers. read more

I could not have hoped for a better experience then I got. Great clean vehicles and flexibility to take on the toughest of challenges.

I'm really impressed with the service here at this location. We have rented a couple times and both times we were taken care of in a quick and responsive nature. I like how quick and efficient there process is. They even provided free pickup for us after our car broke down in town. I book my reservation in advance through an employee discount program through my work and they always end up being the best rates in town. The choices of cars are limited but we're in Salem after all. Great place to rent a car with fantastic guest service. Really recommend coming here for your rental car needs. read more

I'm embarrassed to say I do Not remember the lady's name who helped me today, but through the luck of the draw she is the one I've felt with probably 80% of the time these past five months where I have rented 6-8 vehicles for business use and I have to say the service has been amazing! The manager is top notch, whatever she's getting paid, they need to add at the very least 10 grand a year. Fantastic job. read more

The best car rental experience I've ever had. They picked me up, gave me a great car, and covered a new key when the Ford MyKey nanny tried to make a 5.0 mustang boring. The gentleman that picked me up and dropped me off was a pleasure to talk with. Never before in my life has renting a car been this pleasurable. Customer service is obviously important to everyone at this branch. Apparently no one there know the word no. Perfect from start to finish. read more

Please, for the love of God- get new management! EVERY SINGLE TIME I go here to get a rental car (work related) there is an issue. Not once have I gotten the rental without waiting a minimum of 30 min (I am a nurse and have scheduled appointments with my patients so this is not doable). Yesterday I waited a good 15min before I was assisted just to find out yet AGAIN, that there was no car ready. Walked outside to wash bay- all cars spoken for, walked out back, nothing available (yes, I had reservations from 2 weeks prior). He then tells me I can take a van! LMAO-NO, I will not take a van to Portland. I said never mind-cancel it. O, and this was after they told me I could no longer park my new vehicle n their lot- I will NOT return. read more

I have usaa insurance and this is who they go through. They were nice and easy to wrk with.

What more can I say about this Enterprise! Matt and his staff are amazing! They always have the vehicle I want. They always do what they say. They also will do whatever they can to help you. I love the customer service and the knowledge of cars! I highly recommend this enterprise! read more

A fender bender has required the use of a rental car. We have had the car one week and realize it has been leaking oil on our new driveway. We replaced the driveway last summer at great expense ( $XXK). After online research, I've spent a full afternoon trying to remove the three oil spots but to no avail. Extremely irritated that our new driveway is now marred by a rental car. read more

Great place to get a rental. Staff if friendly and helpfull. Very nice place to go.

I'm truly surprised by the negative reviews. Kelsie and Beau have been amazing. The quality of customer service has made such a difference as I'm now renting a car from them for the 3rd time in 6 weeks because a local mechanic made my car inoperable and it had to be towed to a dealership. The team at Enterprise has repeatedly gone above & beyond to help me, knowing how stressful this is. They come pick you up, which other rental car companies don't do. Yes, the location is slightly understaffed. So what? This isn't an impersonal airport location. They take their time with you, which is unheard of these days. If you want them to double their staff, expect their prices to rise, too. They're affordable. The cars are clean and smoke-free. read more

Horrible only one person helping people , I would be giving this 0 starts. So disappointed at the customer care. There were other people working and they did not help us they just had us waiting. We had a reservation yet we still could not get helped in a timely manner. I always go threw enterprise when I travel and it's usually great. However not this time around I unfortunately will not be doing business with enterprise any longer read more

I had great service and they explained the important features of the car. It's nice getting a car from a location instead of from the airport. read more

I rented a full-size car from them in May. The vehicle was clean and in excellent operable condition. Took it on a long trip to California and advised them of that prior to departure--no problem! Due to limited staff -- two people at the desk but behind the scenes? -- they may not have time to fill up the tank before departure. Our car was 7/8 full and when I call them about it they said returning it that way was fine. Asked for a specific make and model -- granted! All in all, a pleasant experience. read more

Today my sister went to Enterprise to arrange for a rental. While at the rental office, my sister called my husband to confirm the kind of car Enterprise was going to rent us (a Ford Focus) and the rental agent overheard her talking about why we were in need of a rental. When the agent heard that we were renting a car so we could travel 1,000 miles with family to attend our grandfather's funeral, the agent immediately upgraded us to a mini van at no additional charge so our trip would be more comfortable. We are so grateful for their excellent service and empathy. My family has used Enterprise on Front on several occasions and we have always been extremely satisfied with our experience. read more

Save yourself the Headaches and Hassles and rent somewhere else, this place is horrid and will Lie and Cheat you. Incompetence at a level you will not believe. I was stuck in Salem after I was told my reservation was all set, had to hitch hike to another town and rented a care with no problems. The customer service was a Joke. read more

The staff was friendly enough and the car was fine, but they are waaaay understaffed. I waited 15minutes in the lobby before anyone even said something to me. I waited another 15 minutes for someone to bring the keys around. Again, lovely people. INCREDIBLY slow service. read more

My Husband and I were staying in Kiezer , Oregon at the Elks Club RV park. We do not use a tow car, with our Motor Home. We have always used Enterprise as our choice of car rental companies. The are professional, always willing to help us with our needs of "picking us up" at our campsites. When we are through with the car, when we return the car, they bring us back to our sites. This was no different in Kiezer. They always share information of the area, rental deals that maybe taking place, etc. I think Enterprise is the only way to go!!!!!! read more

I am renting a car while my car is in for repairs due to someone hitting me. This car is a death trap. Ford Focus and it may be me that is found on the road dead. Car shakes when crawling in stop and go traffic, doesn't want to stay in the lane on the freeway and jerks every time you start to take off. I took the car back in and had the kid drive it, he noticed the problem too but assured me they'll take care of me AFTER I break down. How lovely, except I am already without a car because of other people's incompetence and I assuredly don't feel like extending the agony with more incompetent people. read more
