Ok this place has went above and beyond for me and my husband.we were gonna leave on Sunday but he ended up in the hospital he's not doing well and I didn't know what we were gonna do well I talked to the office and they extended our stay.LIKE SO SWEET. KINDA LIKE ANGELS HELPING ME OUT.(I don't know how to drive.) So now he can get better. So thanks to Phoenix R.V and storage are awsome kind and compassionate.I do recommend this place with my whole heart.hope to see ya there.

This was our pull thru site.

Absolutely the cleanest park we've ever stayed in. The husband and wife team that work there are super nice and welcoming. You won't be disappointed....We will definitely be back.

Our door appliqué is a Phoenix. We were meant to stay here!

This really is another world once you enter! It's surprisingly quiet. The property is totally fenced. The Sites are paved and the grass is green and lush. There is cable and WIFI that works! There are two mulch filled dog areas. We were in a pull thru #101. There are trees or bushes and grass on every site. The facilities are very clean. The staff is very nice. We extended our stay! Safeway (& Starbucks!) , a post office and more is behind the park within walking distance. We stayed here ,and will again, in a 38' Motorhome with tow. Thank you, Phoenix!

Listen folks, it's hard sometimes to find a decent RV park that has space, well groomed landscape,…read moreaccommodating staff, and just a feeling of being home. I'm on the road a lot for my work, and I tend to stay places for weeks if not months at a time. When I called to make the reservation, Sharon, the woman who took my call, was most pleasurable to work with. They didn't require the third degree to get you in for a monthly rate. Nothing like that RV park up in Wilsonville just off interstate five, which actually took three days to do a background check before allowing me to stay for a month! Sharon helped me get settled in, she let me pick the spot I wanted, and her park guy, Robert, came and helped me actually set things up. Not that I needed the help, but it was just so nice to have people make you feel at home. This park is situated well off interstate five and takes about 20 minutes to get there from interstate five. It's a bit of a hassle to get your trailer through Salem, but once you get to the RV park you realize it's well worth the trip. This park couldn't be quieter. The spaces are large and the landscape is impeccable. She actually suggested paying for a monthly rate because it was cheaper than paying a weekly rate for a few weeks. You have a lot of full timers here, but you don't have any crap laying around. Nearly all of the trailers are late-model, and these people are serious RVers. The park is very clean, the showers are incredibly nice, the laundry facilities are adequate, and the lobby is nice just to go in and sit down and read a good book. If I had any complaints, it would be the quality of the cable TV service. Each site seems to be daisychained from the site next to it, so you get a lot of interference on most of the channels. Of course if you have a satellite dish, this won't be an issue. And the Internet is not that fast, so don't expect to be watching any movies on the Internet or downloading large files. It's adequate enough for basic email. Don't confuse this Premier RV park with the one that's out on the highway five. They are completely different. Take my word for it, this is the park to stay if you're in or around Salem. And it's pet friendly too!! If you're interested in seeing my review about the Wilsonville RV park, just go to my members page and search. Happy trails!

The grounds were nice and neatly kept. The bathrooms are incredibly clean and you have your own shower stall, locked with a bench just sit down on and put your belongings on. I also loved how they kept women safe and secure with the card key entry codes to the showers and bathrooms is a separate card number than the men's. I've often wondered about why parks don't keep women safe from men that are staying in the park. This was a very nice feature for me. Only thing is if you're going to be working and you need consistent Wi-Fi, I would have a back up option. We did find the Wi-Fi sparse and spotty at times but other than that it was an incredible park to stay at and we will be back next year.

It's right behind a home Depot and other stores so if you forget anything you can run and pick something up. The camp sites are a little crammed together, not a good place to come when it's crowded (like holidays) the tent sites are not well kept the grass is long ( so there are tons of little bugs). They have showers, they aren't the cleanest but it's free and the water is warm. It's a good place to stop for a night, don't come here expecting nice views and to connect with nature.

A Complete Disaster -- Avoid at All Costs…read more Staying at this RV park was an absolute nightmare. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place is not just "run down" -- it's completely neglected and unsafe. The issues start at the top, with the owner and management, and trickle down to the tenants. It's common knowledge among those familiar with the park that the manager and her son allegedly accept drugs as payment for rent. The signs of meth use are unmistakable and create an environment that feels dangerous and unpredictable. The condition of the park itself is appalling. During my two-night stay, I encountered one of the most alarming issues -- a trailer leaking raw sewage directly into the street. The odor was unbearable, and the source was easy to trace: a trailer located in the middle row, on the right side, about 4-5 trailers down from the office. This is not just a health hazard, but a blatant violation of safety standards. Adding to the frustration, the park falsely advertises having WiFi. In reality, there's no functional connection. I wasted hours waiting for the manager's son, who sat glued to his phone on the office bench for five hours after telling me he "may or may not" have it running before 6 PM. His indifference was beyond unprofessional -- it was downright insulting. As you walk around the park, the neglect is impossible to ignore. Trash is scattered everywhere, weeds overrun the grounds, cars are out of place, and trailers are falling apart under the weight of hoarded junk. The lack of care and complacency from those managing this place is staggering. They're lazy, argumentative, and clearly unbothered by the chaos around them. What's worse, the owner seems complicit in all of this. Allowing the management to operate like this -- turning a blind eye to drug use and unsanitary conditions -- suggests that he's either unaware of the reality or perfectly content with running his property straight into the ground. It's hard to believe that anyone who cared even remotely about their investment would let things deteriorate to this point. Frankly, I'm shocked that the city hasn't stepped in to shut this place down. It feels like it's only one sewage leak or police raid away from being condemned. I wouldn't recommend this park to anyone, under any circumstances.

It's not my favorite RV park, but it's better than most and works pretty well for our needs. The RV Park is right next to the main highway coming into town that can get pretty busy at times, hence, noise. It seems like the park has gone downhill a little. The sewer hook up for my site was broken. I managed dumping our tanks without making a mess, but it should have been repaired. The WiFi is next to useless. Cell coverage for Verizon was pretty bad too. But Silver Spur is really the only game in town. It is nice to be very close to the main town of Silverton, which has a nice brewery and tap house, along with nice shops. It's about a mile away from The Oregon Gardens, which is a true gem that must be visited. Mount Angel (with Abby, sausage company, and brewery) is about 6 miles away and Vitis Winery is also close by. Silver Falls State Campground and Park is about a half hour away, but it's almost impossible to get a site there during the summer season. I understand they do have hook ups. That park's trails and waterfalls are also a must. Silver Spur park has gravel roadways and sites. It has full hook ups (electricity a must for air conditioning on 102 degree days with 70% humidity), a swimming pool and jacuzzi, nice club house with game room - pool table, foosball, TV, etc.,laundry area, dog area, kid play area, and propane refill. They'll drive a cart to your spot to pick up your 6 gallon tanks to refill them for you. The staff are friendly and helpful. Check in is Smooth.

The guy (I say "guy" because gentleman speak differently, than he did.) whom I spoke with asked me for details about my boat, as soon as I said it was 1985 he launched into a 2-3min monologue on how essentially, everyone has ruined boat storage by dumping their worthless, old, non-working boats on storage lots and therefore no one would rent me a space. When I tried to say that it indeed runs, he continued on and spoke over me. He said that it didn't matter how nice I was, but paying him $55 a month was not worth the potential 2-3k hassle me dumping my boat off on him could cause. It was an awful phone call, it made me feel like my trying to take care of my property was wrong, and as if I was being scolded for contacting him...despite the fact that originally he MISSED my phone call, saw my number on caller ID and then called ME back! It felt like he called me back, just to talk down to me. Really a simple, "sorry I can't or I have no availability." Was all that was needed, to lecture me was absolutely uncalled for. Furthermore, when he said that NO ONE would rent a space to me, this was also untrue as I found another space with a storage company in West Salem, closer to my home and also the three previous stores I contacted before Gaffin were all willing to store but did not have any current space. I honestly would never refer anyone here after that phone call. Rude.
