When I arrived to pick up my car one of my front tires was completely flat! The shop foreman plugged my tire on the outside wall where you are not supposed to plug or patch! Mind you my tires are less than a month old and no one mentioned my tire being slack or flat during the time they had it which was 5 days. So I went home and before I got home the tire went flat again. I went to air it up the next day and there was a dent in my front quarter panel right above the tire that was flat (again not there when I dropped off my car) I politely called the service manager twice and no return call. I waited a couple days and called back and spoke with the GM and he had a whole attitude when he got on the phone as he mentioned he got the story from the service workers and basically said they did nothing to damage my car or the tire and sorry about my luck! I then called Mr. FREDERICK HERTRICH, III at the seaford location and what do you know...he did not return my call either! All I wanted was for them to replace my tire and I would have settled for them to just bang out the dent and I don't think that's too much to ask when this all happened to my car while in their care! The horrible part, keep in mind never missed a payment or a oil change. Check engine came on end of July, service department told me it was fine to use it until my appointment in August. Supposedly a sensor issue. Get it back and within 5 days light is on again. Call the service department and was told that I did not have to pay for the previous work because the problem was not fixed. Fast forward to me picking up the car I asked what do I owe? So November rolls around on maternity leave call to check on a credit I was building up and the took it towards service work. I asked what work? They said it was label as wheel work and tire replaced. Nope incorrect my boyfriend was there when it was being fixed and asked the guy and all they did was replace all the sensors instead of just the one like before. End of February bought a new car told them to come pick it up and told me no. So I cancelled the insurance. Got a call from Karen explained all of this she agreed with me that I was not wrong. And promise me a call from manager still didn't happen. She order the car for pick up. Once the guys get here the one even said "how did the f*** you guys over " nice So the Karen called back said they got it and they will send a letter with what I owe get the letter for over $5000 it was only a 04 Ford Escape and my monthly payment was 503.15 and had the car 2 years I had done paid that car twice and now want more. At 4:30 pm my husband had to call and check to see if we could pick the car up, he was given the run around and finally told him the car failed inspection. They gave us another car to drive in the meantime and we had to call again to see if we could pick up our car. I was told it had passed inspection, however a detailer was not available. The sales manager said he tried to clean it up the best he could if we wanted to come get it. Haha I think my dog could have done a better job, if he even did touch it. Driving the vehicle home, my husband heard a loud thump. It sounds horrible. The car was driven from their Salisbury store to their Laurel store and there is no way that person didn't hear this noise. They then to proceed to get upset because I wanted a itemized list of the what I paid for. They can't give me that info. SMH. Now they are sending me $60.00 for the difference.
