When I arrived to pick up my car one of my front tires was completely flat! The shop foreman plugged my tire on the outside wall where you are not supposed to plug or patch! Mind you my tires are less than a month old and no one mentioned my tire being slack or flat during the time they had it which was 5 days. So I went home and before I got home the tire went flat again. I went to air it up the next day and there was a dent in my front quarter panel right above the tire that was flat (again not there when I dropped off my car) I politely called the service manager twice and no return call. I waited a couple days and called back and spoke with the GM and he had a whole attitude when he got on the phone as he mentioned he got the story from the service workers and basically said they did nothing to damage my car or the tire and sorry about my luck! I then called Mr. FREDERICK HERTRICH, III at the seaford location and what do you know...he did not return my call either! All I wanted was for them to replace my tire and I would have settled for them to just bang out the dent and I don't think that's too much to ask when this all happened to my car while in their care! I stopped going to the Salisbury Hertrich dealer service because they were terrible and was hoping it was just them, but apparently not. Seaford is just as bad. Bad service, terrible communication, and they overcharge you without accepting any fault. This will be the last time I go to Hertrich.

The service person told me that there was an open recall on the radio, and I said that the radio worked fine and wasn't in need of any repair of any kind. The serve person said they must do this work as it was an open recall. Should only take an additional 1 hour to update the software. I agreed to the repair. I went out for a walk and returned about an hour later to learn that the technician had LOCKED UP my radio (the second time he/she had done so in the last 24 hours to another new Buick), but they would be contacting GM for advice. And recommended I wait. I sat around for an additional 90 + minutes to be told (after I had to ask the status), that I could leave with a broken radio or take a rental car. I took the car. They told me they would have to replace the radio (their foul up) and it was on back order. ON AUGUST 11th, I GOT MY CAR BACK. 41 DAYS LATER. Remember, I went in for an oil change. I had to threaten them with a lawsuit to motivate them to fix my car. I drove their car for nearly 3000 miles as I waited and waited and waited for my car. You are fair warned, stay away from this dealership if you need service. I am sorry i ever bought my car from them much less went in for service.

Awful experience will never visit again…read more My husband and I purchased a 2009 Ford Flex. They told us that the next day they were taking it to get inspected and detailed. At 4:30 pm my husband had to call and check to see if we could pick the car up, he was given the run around and finally told him the car failed inspection. They gave us another car to drive in the meantime and we had to call again to see if we could pick up our car. I was told it had passed inspection, however a detailer was not available. The sales manager said he tried to clean it up the best he could if we wanted to come get it. Haha I think my dog could have done a better job, if he even did touch it. Driving the vehicle home, my husband heard a loud thump. It sounds horrible. The car was driven from their Salisbury store to their Laurel store and there is no way that person didn't hear this noise. We were told to bring it back down and they would fix it again and detail it.

(Thank God) My salesman was good also, my problem was when I did the paperwork. Don't except cards, only cash. I took my car to inspection and it pass. Was supposed to be 2 years tag, and when I went to pick it up, it was for my original due date. It was a vanity tag and I want to keep it. They then to proceed to get upset because I wanted a itemized list of the what I paid for. They can't give me that info. SMH. Now they are sending me $60.00 for the difference. I have to go pick up the check because they refuse to even mail it. Needless to say NEVER AGAIN.
