However, my experiences with the front office staff have been less positive. Recently, I needed to reschedule a Monday appointment and called on Thursday to do so. During the call, I was asked why I needed to reschedule, and I explained that I had accidentally double-booked another appointment at the same time. I was then informed that I would be charged a $50 fee for not giving 48 hours' notice, which I found frustrating--especially since the office has rescheduled my appointments several times over the years, including once for a staff member's birthday celebration. In the end, I kept my dental appointment and was able to reschedule the other commitment easily and without any fee.

I was…read moreworried about having tons of blood etc, but actually there was very little of that and the post-surgical instructions were easy to follow.  I'm not having any pain yet, but I expect there will be some eventually. I don't remember anything about the procedure itself because I had total sedation, and I recommend going that route if you can do it. I woke up and Dr. Holland came over to tell me it all went well. She was very kind, as were all the staff. I felt very cared for the whole time I was there. I can't recommend this place highly enough! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

So let me start with the only two thing I thought were great about this place the first would be…read morethe front desk ladies they were so nice and professional helpful they really are awesome thank you guys the second is the anesthesia crew they are so awesome they were very nice and informative and professional they were cool about me being squeamish when they put a needle in me thank you guys for doing great work Now for the stuff I did not like the two doctors there the girl and the guy I did not care for the girl more she was unprofessional as can be she had terrible bed side manner I asked her questions to only get her resume " I been doing this for ex amount of years blah blah blah" I repeated the same question like three times and every time she said something different like " I don't want a judge to ask why you stroked out while asleep and your welcome to find some one else to do it if you want" all I was trying to do to do is understand and she was just being nasty on top of that when I went in to pay the 500$ fee to just schedule my surgery appointment ( you can't use insurance for that by the way that comes right out of your pocket) this "doctor" comes up to me with her hand out saying she wants money too like we are friends!! I don't know her from a can of paint a little bit of professionalism would have been nice but she seems so full of her self that I doubt she will ever learn that As for the guy dr I think his name was dr Ken my only real issue with him was his information was inconsistent other then that he had very good bedside manner and he was able to answer my questions and he was very professional so thank you to him Now the other thing is after my surgery I was told they sent in a script for ibuprofen and a mouth rinse I only got the ibuprofen the pharmacy never got anything for a script so the information was not good I got some teeth pulled in the same way from another surgeon twice before this and it was no where near this stressful I think I'll take that lady "doctor" advice and just go somewhere else next time

The staff was extremely friendly, considerate and helpful. I was kept informed of what was happening until the procedure was complete. Check out was quick and easy. Recovery instructions were explained in person but also provided in print. Having a tooth extracted is not fun BUT everyone at this office made it the best experience possible.

Came to Sudbrink Oral Surgery for my son who needed a tooth removed they called a head of time to…read morego over his health history then we came in for an appointment, they scheduled us about a week later for his surgery. The nursing staff was so friendly as well as Dr. Sudbrink. Their billing department called me a head of time to go over my insurance and let me know how much to bring the day of his surgery which was very informative. The surgery went great and my son recovered quickly. Any time I called my questions were answered right away. Definitely recommend

Over the summer, I had a consultation appointment and was given all of the necessary information for my procedure. My surgery was scheduled for first thing this morning, and I was taken care of right away. Ashton and Jacqueline were both extremely friendly and more than happy to answer my questions. Dr. Sudbrink was also very personable during the time I remember conversing with him before he administered my anesthesia. Everything seemed to go smoothly, and recovery has been treating me well. It was a short and sweet outpatient procedure, so I was in and out of the office in an hour! To top things off, they called my house a few hours afterwards to check in on me. My only suggestion for them would be to offer the patient some water or ice chips before they leave. I was quite swollen and numb, so maybe that's why they didn't bother. Otherwise, it was a great experience (under the circumstances), and I'd recommend them to anyone in need of oral surgery!

Quality care, full explanation of the procedure and friendly disposition. Can't ask for much more, so I will highly recommend this practice for all oral surgery needs.

Dr. Alfano's confidence and politeness made me trust him right away. From the front desk, to the anesthesiologist, the surgeon and recovery nurse, I felt like they really cared about my well-being. They made instructions and directions easy to understand. I had never been under anesthesia so I was a bit anxious but the anesthesiologist was amazing! She was so reassuring and made me feel calm and at ease. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and after the first day, I virtually felt no pain! I've called the office a couple of times with some questions and they're so helpful and polite. I feel bad about it now but I even called after hours with a question and Dr. Alfano called me back almost immediately. Definitely recommend.

I look ridiculous and I'm embarrassed to talk to people. Lupinetti has absolutely no ethics. He should have made me another set of bridges but he couldn't be bothered. I confronted Lupinetti and he kept telling me that he can put the bridges back in the kiln. Which he's already done 2 times. The more you heat the bridges it breaks down the composite resin and and they fall apart sooner. BUYER BEWARE!!

This makes reviewing a dentistry practice especially challenging, and finding one that fits you from a Yelp review even more so. That said, I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Kiesling and his dental practice. Before yesterday, I have appreciated the semi-annual services I've consumed. They are polite, engaging, and on-time. But before yesterday, I'd not had any work done. I think it's fair to say that I'm no hero when it comes to dentists working on my teeth. I don't know about anyone else's pain threshold, but drilling has always been a nerve-wracking and painful experience; so I wasn't looking forward to having a big old filling replaced and a crack repaired in a different tooth. I needn't have feared, and all my anxiety was for naught. Dr. Kiesling and his assistant were professional and efficient, and I was out of the chair with virtually no pain in what seemed a short time. (Actually, as it turned out, I was in the chair for about an hour!) Wonderful! As I said, I don't expect everyone will react the same. I've had my share of bad dentistry experience. But I believe my teeth are now in capable hands.
