I was told if I missed an appointment, they would charge $75, Today they tried to charge me $150 but when I told her that is not what they told me she charged me $75. Why do I have to haggle? I left some special toothpaste on the counter by accident. No one ever called me to tell me I left it there. Total Joke! They quoted me $1200 for 2 crowns. Talked to a new dentist today, she saw my xrays and doesn't think I need a crown at all! The receptionist speaks barely English. Avoid this place at all costs. There are like 40 booths and you are just a number. Horrible!

Generally, as a rule, I avoid going to the dentist. I have anxiety, lots of back/neck/jaw…read moreproblems...and going to get cleanings is just a day of extra pain for me. That being said, I don't usually wait as long as I did this time around, and I had this irrational fear I'd get some awful news that my teeth were on the verge of falling out. My fears, of course, were unjustified. And the dental assistant Barbara who did my cleaning was so fast and efficient that my neck and jaw barely had time to realize that anything was happening--didn't even get a chance to spasm! (And I got to see beautiful birds outside the window because they had bird feeders set up.) The dentist was also polite and funny, in a quiet "pay attention or you'll miss it" sort of way. I will absolutely keep seeing her. The office staff were also so friendly and helpful in getting my appointment set up. I was lucky; I somehow got in because someone canceled, and I'm totally buying a lottery ticket because that really doesn't happen for me, like, ever.

Receptionists are rude and the business manager is exceptionally unprofessional. My daughter had a tooth replaced. Not only did this practice drag out the procedure into six appointments over the period of seven months, but they changed the cost of the procedure three times. This procedure wasn't covered by our dental insurance. We paid out of pocket. Our insurance company has indicated that this is a predatory practice used to garner more money from a patient. To top this all off I was texted on a Sunday morning from the dentist's personal number to "remind" me of an appointment for the following morning that I wasn't even aware of - barely giving me 24 hours notice. Because I declined without giving them 24 hours notice they have charged me a $100 cancellation fee. This dentist is an unethical Creeper.
