The burger buns suffered from the same fate as the pancakes. Over cooked and hard. At one time, this was a must try find in Clare. Now, not so much. Disappointing to say the least.

The ceiling are filthy as you walk around the building by the a/c and heating vents. The tiles are also warped. The outside stairwells smell like musty old basements. This place needs a good vent cleaning and extreme renovation. The staff is the only thing that kept me from putting 1 star. Last comment, no hot water in the morning. We tried at 6 am, 6:30 am, 8 am and finally gave up at 8:15 am. Don't waste your hard-earned money.
