There was no "hard sell" and he patiently answered all of our questions even though we were in the middle of other renovations and told him we wouldn't be making any decisions that day. The whole process was easy and exactly what you'd expect from a good roofing company. They showed up exactly when they said they would, did a wonderful job and cleaned up before they left. Four years later our gutters started to leak. Mind you, this company sub-contracts out the gutter installation, so it technically wasn't their mistake. Jim really came through for us! We just purchased a rental home in Glendora and unfortunately the…read moretermite guys cracked a bunch of tiles (approx. 50 tiles). One roofer came out and said we needed a new roof. Two other roofers came out and said they could replace the tiles, and fortunately the previous owners left us a stockpile of tiles so they wouldn't need to order many -- or any -- tiles. Mind you, according to all of these roofers, the tiles we have are top-of-the-line, expensive freaking tiles! When Jim came out, we could tell he was the man for the job. He walked on our roof, but he knew exactly how to step on the roof to not break any of the tiles. He counted all of the broken tiles, assessed the damage, and pointed out other areas that needed some work. He was by far the most detailed roofer to inspect our roof. His solution was to repair the cracked tiles that could be repaired (approx. 25 of them had hairline fractures), and replace the other 25 tiles. We really liked the fact that he could save some of the tiles and could repair them -- so we'd still be left with extras. We decided to go with Jim because we liked his approach and felt his solution was the most beneficial. Thanks again, Jim & Everlast Roofing!

I called up 3 different roofing companies and Micasa also had the best quote for me. They weren't…read moreexceptionally inexpensive, but they were slightly below the next lowest bid. They did their estimate based on Google Aerial instead of coming out to my house. I suspect this is partly why they're able to bid with a slightly less quote. They honored their Google Aerial price completely. As soon as a work order was signed Micasa was able to get someone out to my place to install within 2 weeks. (Mine wasn't an emergency.) My roof was replaced quickly and they were able to provide me with the permits showing that it passed inspection. Micasa was also able to point out that the prior owner used the wrong material for the flat roof, resulting in my flat roof portion leaking every winter. All in all, it was a good experience and I highly recommend them.
