Some would say that they are expensive , but you get what you pay for , and in this hobby Condition is everything. So as stated it is high quality with a fair price. But people have to remember that a store front business has many expenses including staff. So those previous factors should be considered. Many times I have been in this store when complete strangers come in off the street. They've never…read morebought anything from here but they all have some old comics that they are convinced are worth a fortune and that the owner has an unlimited budget to purchase everything at top dollar. Then when they don't get what they expect they get upset. Here's the deal. Nobody wants back issues unless they are rare and in very good condition. Your comics are basically worthless to collectors. Buy them to enjoy them. They are not an investment. Stop thinking that stores want to buy your stuff.

Legends has extremely competitive pricing (Games Workshop stuff usually 20% off!) and a very nice selection of board games, comic books, cards, minatures, and geeky merch (I definitely picked up a Rainbow Dash mug on my last visit here.) If they don't have something that you have your eye on, you can connect with them to see if they will order it for you (which they likely will, if they can!) Really flexible hours of operation, open late many nights of the week, and there are constantly events occuring here. They have a fairly large, well-lit, and clean gaming space in the back. Customer service here is quite friendly. I'd HIGHLY reccomend checking out Legends if you are in/around the Vaughan area to get your geek on :).

It's like Walmart lol you go in for one thing and leave with 10. There's a pretty good selection of board games, both popular and obscure. If they don't have what you're looking for they'll gladly order it for you and give you a call when it comes in. The guys who work there are all very nice and very knowledgeable. The first time I came, I was still fairly new to tabletop gaming so I wasn't sure what to get. I had my eyes set on Agricola but after talking to the associate I realized I wasn't ready for such a heavy euro game just yet. The associate asked us what we liked and then basically went through their entire collection with us, pointing out and explaining various games that he thought would appeal to us. You don't get customer service like that anymore! All the games are also much cheaper than you would find at Chapters or Mastermind Games. They've also got tons of other nerd stuff like comic books, figurines, and superhero paraphernalia. The store is located in the back of the plaza so it's difficult to find if you don't know where to look.

We spend thousands of dollars searching out nice comics for our collections. So because of the rudeness of the owner, he will miss out on any money we will be spending this year. The employee who spoke with us was the only saving grace for this place. Suffice it to say, we will not be going back there, even if they offered 50% off. We believe that being nice to your customers who pay the bills is very important. It's clear this owner doesn't. We don't recommend this place if you are looking for friendliness and a smile when purchasing your comics with your hard earned money. Nuff Said.

It was piles and piles and shelves full of comics from marvel to mangas and also a lot of Funko Pop toys. They even have a Rugrats comic... if ya know, ya know (hello 90's kid). Apparently they don't have live inventory on their website but you can come in and ask for help. The staff/owner was really friendly and welcoming. They will be having a Black Friday sale so if you're looking to score a deal, be sure to check it out soon. Now the store could be a bit more organized... but with so many comics, I don't know how else they can improve it. They also have a lot of dust in some of their shelves but the comics are fine.
