No pictures allowed inside the store so I took a picture of the Hermes paper bag with my coffee

I had a really good experience at Hermes. I heard a lot of stories from YouTubers about their horrible experience in Hermes but it wasn't the case for me. I ordered a few scarves for myself online and I pick them up in the store. I didn't have to make an appointment though. I was given 3 days to pick up my order and if I don't get them the order is cancelled. It was simple. The door is locked so someone had to buzz me in. I told the security person I'm picking up an online order and I was let in. I was greeted by one of the sale associates. She was very helpful. She asked for the email confirmation and my ID and she went to get my stuff. A different SA presented the scarves to me. His name is Hinson. He is officially my SA. Very nice young man. Very helpful and knowledgeable of Hermes products. Not pushy. He went to pack my items and he told me to look around for other items I might be interested in. I found the Twilly eau de parfum. The ginger scent was amazing IMO and so I added it to my items. The 4 stars is because they don't have many bag selections in the store. I was looking for a Herbag and all they have was a giant novelty Herbag. It's the size of a TV and I'm not exaggerating! Lol Hinson got me to complete a client profile. He noted that I was looking for a Herbag in earthy colours. I'm not a fan of orange. I don't look good in orange. I have yet to go up the 2nd level of the store to check out the shoes and other home/decorative items. I will definitely be back and will make an appointment with my SA. It was a wonderful experience overall.

I decided to write a review about my experiences with this store. I'm shocked at the feedback saying that you will not get a Birkin or a Kelly unless you are Asian because this was not my experience at all. I am clearly not Asian and my sales associate who happens to be Asian has been absolutely fantastic. I have been coming to the store for a little while and been dealing with Kevin who is very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the brand and helping me choose fantastic items. I am absolutely in love with the Twillies and the Bracelets and my Kelly ring. Kevin also worked really hard to get me the bag I wanted as it was in very high demand and I lucked out as the store was sent my exact preference for the item. I'm very happy and love the accessories we picked out for it as well. I took a few photos of some of the items I chose and I just love them all.

Nice enough experience. I went in to get a xmas gift. You have to make an appointment! So don't just show up. They weren't ready for me right away...I waited around for my sales associate. The doorman seemed...flustered or confused lol. Though once she started helping me, I was able to get what I wanted quite quickly, which I appreciate. It's more spacious than you might think. They have makeup, perfume etc.

The prices were very fair for the quality, every dress I tried on was under $200. When I was there I was the only person in the store, so I felt very comfortable when I was trying on dresses in front of the manager and my boyfriend. She was so sweet, very helpful and gave me heels to wear when I was looking in the mirror. She helped me chose my dress and was perfectly on the line between giving me time and space to decide, but also telling me how gorgeous the dresses looked. I felt no pressure to purchase, but when you try the right dress on, you know! She also had shoes in store that we very modestly priced, a cute pair of loafers only $40. Other, short dresses were more copious around the store, as well as jewelry and tops. I didn't have time to explore all the racks, but any upcoming occasion I have I will no doubt be returning here first. Cheapest prices, cutest, trendiest clothes and the sweetest girl running it all. Definitely recommend you giving this place a try. The only downside to this place is that it's not a chain, so if it's not on the racks it's not available, but I actually really like that. It adds to the uniqueness of the dress, especially for events such as graduation.

The shop is well laid-out, and it carries an extensive array of women's and men's clothing and accessories. Everything was trendy and cute, and best of all, the prices were quite reasonable. The sale items I saw weren't the usual odd-lot items, too; there were checked Vans slip-on sneakers on sale and other mainstream, recognizable items. In fact, my kid and I commented how we liked how there are many brand-name items as well as unique, lesser-known brands, and clothes we've not seen anywhere else. This would be the perfect place for a young professional woman to get her work and non-work wardrobe, as the clothes are on-point and the prices are right. Some items are reasonably priced and worth the purchase, but there are times when the prices are exceptionally high for what they offer. For example, I recently came across a pair of Chanel sneakers circa 2014 priced at $750, (it did not come with a shoebox). However, upon further research, I found the same shoes on a well known preloved boutique for CAD$325 (same color, same size and it came with a box and individual shoe bags), and the condition was better to what Mine and Yours offered. I understand the store incur additional overhead costs, such as rent, utilities, and staff wages, which can influence pricing, but it should allow them to be more competitive esp if customers are always looking at phones now and doing strategic price comparison. Of course, I will continue to shop and browse and like coming here, the sales associates are nice and welcoming. While the store has its charm and unique finds, the pricing strategy needs to be revisited by management especially when comparable items are available elsewhere at significantly lower prices.

I purchased expensive pants for Christmas end of November for my wife. The pants were $30 off but still well over $100 dollars total. Christmas came and my wife didn't like them. Ok, it happens. I moved to return them to be told that it was past two weeks and couldn't be done. I explained it was a Christmas gift. Happily, customer service relented on their policy for that allowing me to return them. However, I then received a gift card unexpectedly rather than a refund. It was explained that this is policy if the item is marked down. Really? I said to customer service I'll chalk it up to caveat emptor but to think that I'd need to read deeply in the returns policy when purchasing clothing online for the holidays to make sure I'm not out over $100 essentially (my wife doesn't like their clothing) is terrible policy. The customer service agent was nice and tried to see what she could do but was told that she didn't have the power to do anything. That's also bad customer service: failing to empower the agents who are the face of the company with the customers. So I explained I wouldn't make a stink but would be letting people online know of my negative experience so that no one else should suffer my fate. Hence this review. Beware and good luck!
