If you're looking for a kind, effective and honest dentist, meet Dr. Chang :-)…read more Her and her staff are punctual, efficient, kind, accommodating and honest! I need to make sure you hear me when I say she's honest, She won't be shady about your dental exam, revealing something wild like 11 cavities. Yes, true story, this actually happened to me. However, when I saw Dr. Chang, she could not find these 11 cavities :-) She commended me on my dental hygiene, and sent me on my way. These qualities are so hard to find in one dentist, and I honestly saw a string of not-so-great dentists before seeing her. This makes me appreciate her even more! I am a nurse and a soon-to-be dietitian, so I'm very selective about the healthcare providers I see. And I'm so grateful to have found Dr. Chang!

He took the time on the examination and is very patient and professional. The office has signs that pledge honesty and integrity. I have some dental issues that need to be monitored so I have had dentists who have done or suggested works that weren't necessary. This office did not suggest extra cleaning or anything. Based on my own experience and other reviews, I believe all of the dentists in the group are excellent. All in all, it was a very pleasant first visit. Great location - The back of the office is located across the street from Montgomery County Woodmont Parking Garage with very reasonable parking rates. The Bethesda free circulator also has a stop right next to the garage. It goes to the Bethesda Metro.

The result looks incredibly natural and matches my other teeth perfectly. What truly amazed me was that it was a same‑day crown made right there during the procedure--no second appointment needed. It was by far the fastest dental procedure I've ever experienced, and everything felt comfortable the whole time. The staff is fantastic--warm, organized, and attentive. The dental assistant made sure I was comfortable from start to finish, and the front desk handled scheduling and insurance smoothly. The office is spotless and modern, and their on‑site technology really shows. If you're in Bethesda and need a crown--or just want a dentist you can truly trust--Dr. Jung and his team at Complete Dental Care of Bethesda are outstanding. Highly recommend!

The front desk attendant is kind and easy to work with, and Dr. Wiczer is warm, attentive, and genuinely cares about her patients. One thing I really appreciate is how easy it is to get in touch with the office, they always answer the phone, and they're incredibly accommodating with same-day visits when I need to be seen quickly. Parking is also a huge plus. There's plenty of it, it's free, and it's right by the office, which makes everything feel easy and convenient. The location in downtown Bethesda is great as well. They accept Maryland Medicaid, which makes care accessible, and overall the whole team is welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend, 10/10 experience.

Stay away. Stay far, far away…read more I was a regular patient of Dr. Wiczer's a while ago. The least of the problems. She and her team did a flouride rinse towards the end of my dental visit without me confirming or even asking and ended up charging me dozens of dollars for it. When I went to pay for my visit, I said I never authorized it but her staff shrugged and said I got it and I have to pay for it. Usually they ask first since it's not a required thing to do. Now the much more concerning thing. During another visit, I had an appointment before lunchtime. She did most of the appointment before lunch but then left the filling in of a tiny hole in the side of my incisor teeth for after lunch. I'm not sure why but okay. This procedure involved taking what looked like essentially a strip which is the hardness of like a tape measure, like very hard and sharp edges, and running it between the teeth in a quick motion so that the white strip leaves the hole filled in. The huge problem was that as she came in after lunch, while I was still laying in the chair for so long, she was humming, she appeared disoriented and dazed, and she did not acknowledge me verbally. It was like she couldn't speak. It was very strange to me. She did a procedure incompetently and when she did the quick motion of running the strip between my teeth it sliced me open, leaving me profusely bleeding, gushing blood from my gums, and in horrific searing pain and she just whistled through it. Her reaction wasn't even shocked or apologetic. In fact, she never said sorry. Oddly, she just hummed through it. Hot tears filled my eyes, pain coursed through my gums and mouth, and I yelped in extreme pain. She didn't care. She dabbed up the blood and kept humming. This is horrific. I quit being her patient immediately that day and found another dentist. The least of the problems. I hope she has gotten better but take of this what you will. It was that seriously disturbing that I vowed never to go back to this practice again. I went to her because she had been featured as one of the best dentists in Bethesda or the DC region in DC's magazine. Absolutely not based on these experiences, especially the latter one which actually hurt me with significant, shocking pain.

I arrived, Parking took a few extra minutes and by the time I got into the actual office and was standing at the desk, it was almost 20 minutes. She told me that I was late for the appointment, I reminded her that I had called and asked, and she had said to come ahead. She said that she told me 15 minutes not 20 and that they wouldn't take me. I insisted that she check with the dentist and she said it wasn't necessary and that they couldn't see me. I wasted time off of work and drive across town to go to the dentist only to be turned away after I had confirmed the appointment and called in advance to ask if they wanted me to reschedule. I tried to respect their time, but they had zero respect for mine. This pisses me off so much I can't even tell you. I really like this dentist, but I don't think I'm going to go back because I just don't want to take the risk that this receptionist is going to randomly decide that I can't attend my appointment.
