I had a return item in a box and staff told me I would have to buy a box or envelope for the item that was in a box. I brought it to another ups store in lb and they took it with no issue. pics attached edit to add after store response * as you can see in pics I did follow amazons requirements and item was in a shipping box. The other ups store did not have any issues and took said item. I only wrote review because this has occured at your store multiple times and it seems like your store is just trying to make money bc everytime I go to another ups store they take item and dont say oh sorry you need to buy this so this appears to be a issue only with your location vs other ups stores. Just frustrating I have to drive to other UPS stores to do my returns vs yours. Wanted others to be prepared and warned that they may be told inaccurate info and pay for items(packaging) when not needed.

From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed with a gracious "hello" whether you need printing, computers, copying, help creating something, or you are like me and have a million, "OK, but how do I do this"? they have it all. And then there's Vanessa! She patiently put up with my MANY questions and was absolutely wonderful. He's extremely tall, so finding good-quality and unique pieces of clothing that fit him properly is always a very difficult task. I like to buy or find him specialty-type clothes because Amazon only has so much to offer, and I feel bad for his struggle, lol. Anyways, I called LBG and asked if I could pay to have a detailed image/poster of Dr. Strange printed on a 3x article of clothing if I brought them in, and I only had one day before my boyfriend's birthday so I was in a time crunch. I worked a plan out on the phone with Long Beach Graphix, the staff member I spoke to that night was super helpful, and I had all my questions answered within minutes and felt confident I would get the gift in time. The following day I came in at 1 pm and brought my own poster image of Dr. Strange (Marvel Universe) on a USB flash drive and the 3x sweatshirt. I was not expecting much because the quality of screenprints I've received elsewhere has been subpar. However, this was not to be the case at Long beach Graphix! By 4 pm I had a beautiful, one-of-a-kind sweatshirt for my 6'9" boyfriend. It looks and feels fantastic! I was beyond impressed with the quality of printing, I believe we did a Digital Graphic Print, and my boyfriend LOVED the personalized gift. I will say, it's a delicate image but looks incredible so we know to hand wash or delicate cycle it, and hang dry. It should last a long time with proper care. I visited this FedEx location for the first time earlier this week on Tuesday, 4/28 at around 7:00…read morePM for the first time. At first, I couldn't tell why there were so many negative Yelp reviews, but quickly understood why. When I walked in, there were no other customers, yet I wasn't greeted.. which I mean is fine, not a big deal. I had a simple package drop-off that just needed to be scanned. Typically, I prefer staff to assist with scanning and printing a receipt just in case I mess something up on my end. However, despite the store being empty, the staff member looked at me and asked if I could do them a favor and scan the package myself and pointed at the self drop off. Unfortunately, that didn't sit well with me. I don't mind doing it myself, and thankfully, it wasn't difficult, but I didn't come in just to be automatically dismissed, and not really receive much assistance at all. When I left, there was no friendly good bye or anything as well. I left with a bad taste in my mouth, and unfortunately, I will not be back. FedEx, I think you can do better.
