It's not a big mall, but they have some pretty decent stores. My husband and I came here a few weeks ago, and we hadn't been here in forever, so we really weren't sure what to expect. It's a small mall (say that 5 times fast) so not a ton of stores, but they were pretty decent. The food court leaves a lot to be desired. The only thing we found for food was Big Town Hero, but it was actually pretty good. We went to Target here, as well as Bath and Body Works, and Old Navy. It's not a mall we go to often, but I'm not opposed to it. I like it. But it's in Albany, and I live in Eugene. It's definitely clean, there's some pretty good stores. There's the same stores much closer to me, but I have to say I like the employees at the ones in Albany better. So I am definitely impressed there. I know I'll be back the next time I'm in the area. read more

Security guard was some kid who warned me and other parents about 1 and 2 and 3 year old kids playing in mall play area that were being too loud . Gave us a warning and said we would have to leave if it continued . I didn't know they discriminated against parents for bringing little kids to the play area (the play structures there are for babies and toddlers , ironic . ) I would beware if bringing your little ones to play in the play area there you may get heckled by the teenage kids they have working as security guards read more

Heritage Mall - A couch - Shopping Centers Near Me - Albany, Oregon

My family and I went to purchase some items on our visit to the city. It was immediate that the security officers kept coming to our area. I did not know what they wanted. As I was purchasing some jewelery one of the very rude security officers started to harass my son because he leaned on an empty vendors stand that was next to where we were purchasing the jewelry. This mall did not have a lot of patrons and I don't get why these very bored and unhealthy security want to bother people. I will not stop again. The mall was okay, but these two fellows looked trashy, we're rude and only served to stop me from making more purchases. Sad that struggling businesses have people like these around. There arent enough popular brand stores. There are a bunch of closed spaces too. It's almost like they're afraid to put more name brand stores in the mall. I've been going to this mall for over 10 years and it's remained boring and dull. There are a bunch of random, trashy shops and a few cool enough stores like Target, Old Navy, Zumies, Wishful, and the arcade is pretty cool. Glad Big Town Hero is still here too. read more

No longer allows in well behaved pets which was one of the last remaining qualities that made this a good place to hang out, but unfortunately much like many areas now it is now no longer pet friendly thus leading people with support animals (not service animals) to not be able to have the support they need in public. A very bad decision by the owners of this mall that makes this once safe space non-inclusive. read more

Target and Hobby Lobby are the cornerstones here. The rest of the mall is lacking. The few small businesses that are in the mall should look at better locations in town. read more

This is a great indoor mall with plenty of popular stores such as Old Navy, Rue21, Claire's, etc. Overall, it's not exactly a luxury mall like Pioneer Place and what not. However, there's great deals for you to find. What I love about this place is that it's connected to Target! I love that store! :) read more

It's not a huge mall, but it has some good staples inside. Target, Hobby Lobby, Ross, and some good smaller stores. The food court is hit and miss. There seems to be a revolving door for restaurants in this mall. A few have been around for a while. There is also a play area for the kids and a range of higher end and lower end stores. I slipped a large spill of water in the target, landing on my right hand and hip. I currently have a very much open quarter sized sore on my right hand from a fall 6 days ago that is not healing much, which i landed on. Now my neck, arm, hip and leg hurt, not to mention my hand ached for more than half an hour after. I went to find a store employee to tell him about the spill. I told him that i had just slipped on a large spill of water and that it hurt a lot because i landed on my already wound hand, which was not healing (to express how distressed i was). I was also still frazzled from a near collision just hours before driving home from work, so this topped it off. This employee told me quote "you can talk to a manager if you want, but i'm going to clean up the spill" in a condescending tone, and walked away. As he's walking away i call after him "i don't care about the manager, i just wanted it cleaned up." Please, PLEASE someone teach these store employees customer service in reguards to a store related injury. I'm in a lot of pain now over something that probably was out of the employees control, but i'm sure there are better ways to handle it than this. Needless to say, after getting up for work at 2am, driving to springfield and back, and a long shopping trip looking for groceries for my fiance, i'm not going to then find a manager in a practically abandoned store and go through the process of convincing him or her that i had a "bad experience" or something. I highly recomend avoiding this store. Its a mall, look somewhere else. read more

This is a pretty nice mall. Always seems to be empty when I go though so not sure how these places stay in business (other than Target). But they have all the mainstay stores that you would expect to find in a mall. And it's always air conditioned and a great place to lounge away a lazy hot afternoon. read more

Pros: This mall is close to where I live and has a lot of stores that I love to shop at. Cons: This mall does not have that may stores like the other malls do. Location: The Heritage Mall is in a great location in Albany, close to a lot of restaurants and other stores. Its also attached to Target which is very covenant. Stores: This mall has a lot of good stores. I go to the Heritage Mall to go shopping at Zumies, Clair's, and Rue 21. The mall also has stores like Ross, Hobby Lobby, and many more. Cleanliness: The Heritage Mall is very clean inside and out. There are places for little kids to place and also a food court. The mall is also never really busy so they are able to keep the place cleaner then some malls that always have a lot of people in them. Recommendation: I would recommend this mall to my friends, family, and those who have kids. This mall is a great place to just do some shopping and spend time with loved ones. I would recommend this mall to those with little kids because its a lot safer then other malls. There are not a lot of people in the mall so its easier to keep an eye on your kids so they don't get lost. Overall: This mall is a great place to go shopping in if you don't like big crowds but prefer to shop in a mall. And because of its great location Its an awesome place to shop and grab a bit to eat and not have to drive all around town. read more

This is a pretty good mall had a lot of room and great stores they all kept it clean and all stores kept up on refilling their stocks this is a great mall I was pretty upset no mall had Tillys any where I was hoping me and my brother would get to go their but oh well Claire's is a great girls store they also had a lot of popular stores their. I've been to allot of malls all over the US and this one is pretty bad..You can't even get a decent pair of running shoes here. Beside Zumies all the other stores with shoes are crappy discount places where you'll be lucky to find your size. There's no good pretzel place or even a cinnabon. Not any Footlockers or Finishline, No Hot topic, Journeys,No snooty clothing store like aero or Abercombie and fitch,No Spencers.. Hardly anything.. They need to seriously think about changing allot in this mall. I wouldn't be surprised if it closed. read more
