Heritage distribution did new carpets and LVP in our home and we loved them so much we ended up also using them for a full kitchen remodel too. They are fairly priced and work hard to make their clients happy. They did an amazing job on our kitchen, we get so many compliments and they helped us keep it within our budget. It's family owned and they're all great people. Couldn't recommend them enough as a great local business to support. read more

Sierra made it happen. We needed stair nose special ordered and she had the "where with all" to order it just in time to get next day delivery. She was willing to share her cell phone so we could send photos and was very professional. Even though I had a perceived emergency she was able to meet my needs politely. Thank you Sierra!!!! read more

I had bought laminate flooring from this company at least 8 years ago. I needed a few more boxes to do a repair. I knew it would be hard to match the flooring but decided to at least look. I liked that they open early. 8:00am Monday to Friday and 8:30am on Saturday. I met them to confirm my info and laminate that I had bought years ago. They told me they would call me on Monday. They never called me to confirm they had more material. I'm highly disappointed. read more

Sammy, & the owner are decent people to deal with. Everything went smoothly, they finshed when they said they would, there were no surprises, they completed my 1700 square rental condo. Thank you so much!! read more

A few months ago we had floors put in through Heritage. They looked beautiful but shortly after they started popping up. We called and they replaced the floors at no cost. Turns out the flooring was defective from the manufacturer. They were willing to work with us to fix the problem, which was refreshing. New floors are in and look great! read more

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and the prices are extremely enticing. A business dedicated to handling all of your flooring needs, I recommend you give this place a try before you go anywhere else. read more

Thank you Heritage! We LOVE our Patina vinyl floors and our carpet! Heritage was able to get both in stock super fast and delivered to us. They installed the carpet and it's plush and perfect. Really good quality vinyl flooring too and we love the color. Really easy to work with and extremely reasonable with pricing. Estimator wasn't the friendliest but he got the job done and measured perfectly so no complaints. Big fan of this company. After going to about 5 others in town, we are sooooo glad we finally found these people. Knowledgeable, helpful, and great to work with. Would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. In fact, we already have a few times. read more

Great prices n Grandpa Bruce is the best! We bought our waterproof laminate flooring here n the service was the best!

This is place is amazing!! All I needed was a small little square to fix some damage and they really hooked it up, thank you so much

This place is awesome. Great people, good selection...and the customer service is epic. Jake helped me pick out the stair nosing and he took the time to actually care about what I was doing and how it would be going in. Gave great insights, and was just genuinely cool. I'll be using them for my next project. read more

I drove by this place and almost didnt got in because it looked small. But glad I did! Walked through their flooring section into the back warehouse and I was in pickers heaven! There are sooo many unique items and great discounted prices. Floor to ceiling home decor for any style. I tend to like industrial, rustic decor and found some great stuff. You won't find target stuff here! All character pieces. Great find hidden in Las Vegas. Also, customer service was excellent. Lovely older man gave my girls lollipops, pretzels, juice boxes and they got to choose from his "grandpa drawer" full of goodies. Lovely people, even the guys that pulled down the items for us. Can't say enough good things. Go often because they get huge shipments of unique decor regularly! read more

After shopping flooring for over a month, I chose Heritage mostly because they do everything in-house, no subcontractors and family run local business. Just got my bedroom done and they did an incredible job! Everyone was amazing from estimator, Sam and staff at the shop and installers! Will be recommending to family & friends! read more

Recently had a hardwood floor installed by these guys and was very pleased with the results! Edward worked very closely with us on picking out the floor we needed and was very helpful. The installation was handled by Juan's crew. These guys did a beautiful job on the installation in a timely manner. There was a minor issue with some stain on a stair nose. This was taken care of in a very professional manner as well. read more

I haven't made a purchase of flooring here yet but I will because they were very helpful and let me take samples home. It was right before we had guests coming to town for Thanksgiving so I didn't want to start a major project but it took a while to convince my spouse. We will be back! It can be hard to find an employee to help you even when you walk back into the warehouse, but when you do find them, they are outstanding. read more

Bruce is man to see, he is honest, fair and knowledgeable. They had a great selection of flooring and great prices. He let us take home a sample to make sure we were happy. His entire staff was friendly and very customer service oriented. The installer he set us up with was named Kevin and I don't even know where to start with this guy. He was was always on time and even though he encountered one issue after the next in our old house he always had the answer and made things work. We could tell right away that he knew what he was doing and did everything top notch. He was friendly, courteous, respectful and quite frankly felt like family. This place is awesome! Tons of home decor you don't see at other places and the friendliest employees. Ask for grandpa Bruce when you go!

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. We had our floors completely redone in October 2016. We used an expensive tile from Daltile and hired Heritage to install. A few months after the install we noticed the grout was cracking and coming up in several places. Heritage did come out to regrout (not without several attempts to get a hold of someone to do so accompanied by a threat to contact BBB...they are great at returning phone calls when they want to get paid). Several months after the fix we have more cracking and broken grout. We called again, they had their foreman Derek come out to check it out. He said we would be hearing from them shortly about a time to come out to fix. No call back. Ever. That was now several months ago and I have not bothered to follow up. We will hire a more reputable company to repair instead. A side note, we also had them place carpet in a few rooms as well and that job was also shoddy. The carpet was nice but strings keep popping out on edges especially when we vacuum. I wish I could say this was a case of you get what you pay for but I believe we paid a premium with this company and did not get the quality we deserved or paid for. read more

Heritage did our flooring and a tile backsplash and we are so happy to have found them. They really do stand behind their work from start to finish. Excellent customer service and all of the staff is so friendly. Moving to a new city and not knowing anyone was intimidating when it came to selecting who to use for renovations in our home. I went here about a month or so ago to get help with some nose guards. Jacob was instrumental in helping me find what I needed. The owner was wonderful as well. For flooring needs in the future, this will be my first stop. read more

Exceeded my expectations. Jacob did a great job explaining the various flooring alternatives. They excel at providing useful advice. No pressure. However, the installers (Mario and Roberto) are the company stand outs. They came on time. They installed Bel Air laminate. The base boards were returned to the exact condition they were in before installing the laminate. No damage was done to any area of our condominium. They cleaned up all the the dust. They removed the carpet that had been there before. It was approximately 1,000 ft job, which they accomplished over two long days. They followed all condominium rules. The condominium conducted four separate inspections of the job to ensure compliance with their regulations. I couldn't be happier with their job. read more

i gotta say its hard to come by buisness like this any more.i had our installer recomend this place.employees made you feel good and at home.peter was patient and very helpful even though our order didnt go as planned, turns out they were out of the one we wanted.peter did his best to find the same quality and price that we planned our budget on. some times you can do buisness with other places and even after you buy you didnt feel 100% and still looked at pricing after you bought, well not here service and politeness and simplicity of this place made all the diffrence.i will never shop for flooring any place eles but here. read more
