DO NOT USE; two years ago we hired this company to redo our kitchen and our downstairs bathroom. And what should have been a two month project took more than 6 months. They messed up the bathroom tiles on the walls and the floors; we bought brand new quartzite slabs that they cut wrong when we explicitly requested what we wanted with the cuts, and they installed the quartzite incorrectly that now a counter-top expert is telling us the slab was cut wrong, installed with sub-par materials, and now it is bleeding into our $10,000 quartzite that is less than three years old. And with each step that we tried to get updates, have them check their work, and with each picture we sent of substandard work; it fell on deaf ears and was a struggle to spend thousands of dollars for quality work. I'll never recommend or ever use this contractor or any subcontractor they use! read more

Our carpet upstairs had to go. We have two dogs that left their "marks" when they were puppies. We decided to go with vinyl flooring due to durability and look. Eco-Pro quote wasn't the cheapest, but it was reasonable and they was able to answer many questions I've had. I think when it comes to your house you can't go with the cheapest because you get what you paid for;) They finished a day earlier than promised which is a plus and we are very happy with the results! read more

Absolutely, breath-takingly, outstanding service and product. I ran into hurdles after I purchased my home and it felt so overwhelming to have to get so much scheduled and completed prior to me moving into my property. I called around for a dozen different quotes all over town when I found out that I needed to replace my carpet that was extremely worn and poor quality in my home purchase. After talking to so many different companies in town, I could not ignore how helpful, prompt, and knowledgeable Dolores was on flooring. I had a packed day of back-to-back appointments to finalize my home purchase and was super stressed for time. After walking into different flooring businesses, like Affordable flooring, RC Willey, Home Depot, and Lowes AND calling many others for quotes based on sq. ft. and quality variations, Dolores was definitely the one person that stuck out. Although you can get cheaper pricing elsewhere, you will definitely not beat the combination of quality customer service and exemplary product specs that this place offers. The company exudes a familial vibe and genuine concern for client situation. Dolores went above and beyond to provide me multiple avenues for choosing my carpet and for the quality I got, I must say, I am at a loss for words how over the moon I am feeling after they finished installation. The installation techs are extremely hard working, knowledgeable, and accommodating to the client preferences. I have never stepped on such luxurious product! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone who has any need for flooring. They offer other services too like duct cleaning. Dolores was super thorough through the process in the beginning, explaining everything and her passion for her job was truly remarkable. I can't say I have had this type of service anywhere in any industry often, but wow! Thank you so much Eco-Pro Planet! I love your sustainability motto on your quality products, your extra consideration for your client needs, and your prompt and professional service from beginning to end! When I decide on future flooring projects, you will definitely hear back from me. read more

My wife and I were extremely impressed with Eco-Pro Planet's amazing customer service and responsiveness. Thier crew started the work that weekend and finished in one day, very professional and courteous. We will definitely use Eco-Pro for future projects! read more

We recently moved to vegas and needed to get our flooring replaced. We did not want to get the "cookie cutter" style flooring like everyone else. I started shopping around and was overwhelmed of how expensive everything is. It appears that if you're not looking for the same flooring as everybody else, you will be taking advantage of by the many flooring companies of Las Vegas. I was referred to this company by a friend who is a contractor here. They have great prices, a lot of variety. And I was able to find something special for my house without h paying insane prices. Also I was able to pick a eco friendly flooring which is a plus. Def worth a visit read more

Unfortunately the customer service took a huge turn for terrible at the last minute. We went to the store and loved their flooring options and the employees were very nice and friendly so we had them come out to do an estimate and measure. They did the estimate which matched other estimates so we signed the contract and set an installation date. 2 days before installation the manager calls to inform us that she forgot to charge for the flooring install and it will be an additional $630. No sincere apology or resolution for fixing her mistake that she made twice, when writing the estimate and when writing the contract. I told her she was providing very disappointing customer service but the only option given was to pay the full $630. Completely unacceptable to misquote 2 times and then no resolution is offered. Then 3 days after I post a review on Yelp I get a message from the owner asking me to remove the review because they made a human mistake and on and on and on about how I'm wrong for reviewing them. read more

Eco Pro made the installation of our carpet in our bedrooms seamless. From the moment I contacted them, to the time the carpet was installed, the whole process took about 1 week. They had our estimate, carpet ordered, and installed within 1 week! It was so fast. Their prices were unbeatable. I can't wait to have the rest of my flooring upgraded by Eco Pro. Dolores was wonderful to work with- very helpful! The team who came to install the carpet did a beautiful job, and they moved my furniture! I couldn't believe how fast they were at reassembling all of our beds. I am in love with my new carpet. It is gorgeous and so soft on the feet. Well done! read more

Love them!!! Dolores helped me through the entire process. It was such a last minute project and they saved me from going to a local contractor that was going to do it the lazy way. I had no idea until I was asking more questions. Prices were good and Dolores helped me keep it in my budget. She face timed me and we did everything via phone since I didn't have enough time to drive over there. I paid the invoice online and within days they came to my house and knocked out one room in a few short short hours! and the work was impeccable. I'm very impressed. The cost was ~$4psf which was on the lower end of what I found. The reason I chose these guys was price and clarity on the work. They also were able to install for me on the weekend when my office was closed so we didn't miss a stride. I would definite recommend you consider using them. read more

Eco Pro Planet is an outstanding company to work with. I was a couple months into a new home and was overwhelmed with projects and had been putting off the flooring because I thought it was going to be such a headache. I put down luxury vinyl tile throughout my whole house (2900) s.f.. This involved taking out all the tile and carpet and removing toilets. I had stopped in at a couple of flooring stores and 1) couldn't find exactly what I was looking for and 2) disappointed that everything was an add on to the price. I walked into Eco Pro planet and it was a very relaxing environment without any hard sales pitch. The vinyl tile I walked on when I came through the front door was exactly what I was looking for! I was shown a couple other samples just to give me a comparison and was able to bring home some large samples to be sure. Eco Pro Planet really focuses on customer satisfaction. They truly want you to be happy with your purchase. The price quoted was inclusive of everything. (The only extra is if you want Dustless tile removal, which I highly recommend if you have a large project. This process will eliminate the mess and dust from breaking up the tile and was well worth it) The final bill was very close to the estimate with no surprises. I received many check in calls throughout the whole process and all my questions were answered immediately. They ALWAYS answer their phone which is huge in my opinion. There are many team members to take care of you starting with the the two gals who run the office, the estimator, installers, project manager, etc. who were there to keep me from getting overwhelmed with the project. Overall just really nice people. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. Having someone in your home for a week can feel very intrusive but our installer Dario was very respectful of our home and possessions and even our pets. They left the home spotless at the end of each work day. They had a project manager who came to the house almost daily to make sure things were on track and that we were happy. I cannot say enough good things about Eco-Pro Planet. Their pricing is very fair. I also want to mention that the product I bought is so much better quality than what you would find in a big box store. Thank you to everyone at Eco Pro Planet for doing our project. We are so happy with our floors and the service we received. read more

I drove pass by this place last week, I came in and they introduced me to vinyl flooring. To be honest, I was against vinyl in the beginning bc the bad experience I had with my kitchen floor, which is vinyl sheet, but I was sold when I saw the product and how easy it was to DIY. After I bought from them, I was trying to do it myself, but I gave up cauz time issue. I called them ask if they can do the installation for me, I thought I would have to pay a lot for labor, but they gave me a reasonable price. I love my new floor. read more
