It was neat, clean and 95% of all machines were in working order. The owner was there doing some repairs and was super nice. He explained that a few pieces of equipment were broken, but he hasn't been able to get parts. Also, he explained that if he upgraded his equipment, he would have to go up on his prices and he didn't want to do that, because the people who needed the laundromat couldn't afford a price increase. Fyi: All of the people in the place were super nice.

That's ridiculous, especially considering there is no pricing "menu" posted, so you can't really debate them on what they ring you up for. "Same-day service" is also an upcharge and a sham, and you'll leave much more broke than you were before. Quality of service is just fine, but the price for the quality is absolutely not wroth it. I can get the same for cheaper, and I plan to from now on.
