Everything was going well till after the shampooing, she had me under the drier for over 30 minutes while I'm not sure if she left or was working with another client, I was just sat there. Then when she came back she seemed like she was in a rush to get somewhere and this was during my cut. I felt as though she didn't follow any shape or structure and was just cutting which led to her cut tooo much off. The whole cut lasted about 10 minutes and I didn't bring anything because the hair was already cut and nothing could be undone but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and waiting till I got home to look at the cut properly and style my hair. I've uploaded a photo of my hair a few days before and how it looked after I got home (second picture). As you can see, the right side of my hair is extremely choppy and uneven, there's no proper shape to it and looks worse than before. My guess is she cut nearly 5 inches of hair. My review is late because after trying to get over this horrible cut by Madison, I waited a few months to let my hair grow out and I recently just got it straightened for the time and now seeing straight it was much worse. She genuinely ruined the shape of hair and my current stylist had to cut off a lot more hair than necessary to mitigate the choppiness she created. I understand the curly cut is intended to look good when the hair is curly but there's no reason for my hair to have 3 inches of difference between two sides. I'm very sensitive when it comes to my hair and I've experienced bad stylists in the past and told Madison about this and it just sucks to have hair growth get ruined by a stylist for no valid reason.
