I was the only person there on a Saturday AM which seemed odd. Couldn't get the TV to work over my son's chair. Had to ask for a balloon and sucker. Price seemed way high for a quick spray bottle wet and scissor trim. Hair looked OK, though, but I supervised very closely and gave feedback after reading other comments.

The first time we booked, we had to cancel because he was still asleep and sleep around here is precious. We called and they were nice and relaxed about it. Another time we tried to come, we had to change his diaper last minute again and were running late, so we called again. We learned that appointments here are only fifteen minutes long, so if you're going to be over five minutes late, you need to re-schedule. Their online booking service was super convenient and we finally booked an appointment we could make with his nap schedule. We arrived and our son immediately lit up. He loved the slide they have in the lobby, the little car chairs they cut their hair in, and the Disney moving playing on the TV. He got so excited to sit in the car chair that he hardly noticed his hair being lightly sprayed with water. We were paired with Reba, who immediately started cutting his hair, taking advantage of him sitting still. Every time she needed him to move his head, she'd lightly tap on the little car steering wheel in front of our son with her comb and he'd turn her head. We were amazed. It's like she's done it before. LOL. His haircut is so cute and he was beaming the whole time. This is a child who won't let us drive more than five minutes before he wants out of his car seat, yet he loved sitting in the hair dresser chair. It went so much better than we thought it would and we are so thankful. We did the first haircut package which was $26 but comes with their lock of hair, and a family photo, all on a certificate. It honestly is so sweet and I'll keep it forever, so it was worth it in my book. We will definitely come back here! Thanks for being so great with our son!

This third hair cut was terrible , hair was COMPLETELY CHOPPY ALL OVER . The " line up" was uneven and literally circles around the ears . He had a permanent part and instead of following it she made a whole new one . So ended up with 2 parts and it wasn't to straight to add to it all . Needless to say I will now only be going to an actual barber . NVP cuts on the exit of EMERSON and Thompson had to fix this horrible cut . Beware " bubbles" aren't worth it ; you can take your phone and own lollipop . DO NOT risk ruining your sons haircut !! 15$ is such a waste here
