I was alittle skeptical about this truck based on the menu prices, but after seeing the portion size, you really can't complain. I got the spicy chicken tacos w/ fries. for just under $9, you get 3 BIG tacos filled with chicken and a whopping pile of fries. I was glad to find the little cup of magical salsa under my fries to add to my tacos. WHAT IS THAT STUFF?! it's soooo good. My only complaint is price/size ratio of the pecan tart. I saw on the website it was $1.75 and got to the truck and it says $2.75. It's maybe the size of a small cupcake :( I've yet to taste it yet because i'm so full from my lunch! lesson learned, skip dessert :P thanks guys! read more

The black bean sliders are SO good. I now arrange my appointments in Edmonds just so I can stop by and get them. I wish I could review the other food because I'm sure it's all amazing, but I haven't been able to pass up the sliders to try anything else! It is all really fresh food that makes you feel good after eating it. Their fries are AMAZING. I recommend getting the jalapeño mayo to dip them in. Also, the people there are really nice. I forgot my wallet one time and they let me pay them back next time. Other people might think they are expensive, but what you pay is what you get, and it is really good food. read more

Had the Turkey/Bacon grilled sammy and the Boy had a Chicago dog, both with Caesar salads. Enjoyed my sammich... hot, melty, bacony! Salad was very good, dressing garlicky with an anchovie back, but needed a bit more dressing for my taste. Boy took one bite of his "Chicago Dog" and said "Ack! without question the Here and There truck consistently delivers! I have eaten here at least 50 times and always the food is very very tasty. The portions are big; the chicken pot pie is sinfully good (when they have it) and i usually have half of it for dinner because I cant eat it all! Edmonds has a noticeable dearth of food options that are both a) tasty, and b) not full-service. Here and There is a very welcome addition and offers plenty of rotating food choices. If you're in the area for a quick lunch without sacrificing quality, you can't do much better for the area. read more

I get the menu in my email every week but last Wednesday was the first time I visited (I almost never buy lunch anywhere) but last week the Spinach Artichoke Chicken melt pushed me over the edge and I finally walked up. SO worth it!!! I was a LITTLE worried about the price at first (don't get me wrong, it was only $12 with tax but I am on a budget) but when I saw the size of the sandwich I knew my concerns were misplaced. It was enough for 2 lunches and both were delicious- the hot version and the chilled one the next day (since they're only in the area on Wednesdays the second lunch was a life saver!) I'll be honest, my only other food truck experience has been taco trucks and one highly unfortunate burrito bus in which a band-aid was discovered in my friend's burrito verde.... but I digress. This was 180 degrees of a different experience. First, I'd like to commend these people for bringing a food truck to downtown Edmonds. Usually, to get a decent meal from a food truck you'd have to go south to Seattle. This is just a drive down the hill and the food is excellent. Uber fresh with a Mexican twist, I've had the steak quesadillas(tender and crispy at the same time), jerk chicken tacos(OMG mango salsa and cabbage offset the spice) and the charming vegetarian black bean sliders(zesty with creamy avocado). The fries are good, but I prefer the edamame salad, with corn and tomatoes dressed in a light vinaigrette. The fresh brewed iced tea and a chocolate chip almond cookie are essential sides. The menu rotates weekly, and is up to date on their website. I've seen people grumble that the average plate is $10 bucks but C'MON, this is fresh, delicious food made with local ingredients, people!!!! If you're not willing to spend this on your lunch, then there's a McDonald's somewhere with a disgusting, processed meal for your $6 spending self. read more

I am new to the Edmonds area and Here and There was recommended to me by one of my co-workers to go to for lunch. I ordered the Penne and found it a very tasty meal. They were super nice and very accomodating. I had wanted to pick up my food in 15 minutes from when I had placed my order however ended up having some things come up during my lunch which then I was unable to arrive on time. Even 1/2 hr after ordering, my food was waiting for me and was still hot on a cold, rainy Edmonds day. Thank you guys! The food was great.
