FIRST REVIEW : Very disappointing experience. I originally booked with Ana and was never informed that my appointment had been changed to another technician. Even the confirmation text did not mention any change. When I arrived, Ana actually started my pedicure, but then was told to stop and switch to another client who had also been booked with her. This caused unnecessary confusion and felt very unprofessional. Unfortunately, this was not the first time I've experienced scheduling issues here involving the same technician. What made the situation worse was how my concerns were handled by the front desk receptionist. I was interrupted multiple times, spoken over, and told the miscommunication was my responsibility, despite never being notified of any changes. The interaction felt dismissive, argumentative, and lacking empathy or professionalism. I came in expecting a relaxing Mother's Day treat for myself and instead left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope management takes these recurring scheduling and customer service issues seriously. Owner response on g : We appreciate your feedback and would like to clarify the situation. As previously explained during the call to schedule the appointment the day before Mother's Day, you made a request for Ana and were notified she was unavailable at that time and we could offer you the next tech available which you agreed on. When you arrived, you saw Ana and told her you had an appointment with her without waiting to be properly checked in by the receptionist so she began your pedicure believing you were the 10:00 appointment she had scheduled. Shortly after, her client showed up and we had to place you with the original technician assigned to your appointment. We understand the frustration, however the confusion occurred when the receptionist was not given the opportunity to check you in properly as they usually do before beginning services. This was also explained during your visit when the receptionist apologized for the confusion in that moment as the booking was done correctly and there was no last minute switch ups, just a correction from lack of check in at the front desk as soon as you walked in. We always do our best to accommodate everyone fairly and respect everyone's time especially for those who take time to book for a specific time & technician to keep our appointments running smoothly. UPDATE : I would like to respectfully clarify a few inaccuracies in your response. When I booked the appointment, I was informed that Ana was unavailable at my requested time and was offered either a 5:00 PM appointment that same day or an appointment the following day. At no point during that phone call was I told that I would instead be scheduled with a different technician. If that had been clearly communicated, this confusion could have easily been avoided. When I arrived that morning, the receptionist was not yet at the front desk or inside the building. I was also not the only customer who checked in before the receptionist arrived. Ana was outside, greeted me herself, and began my pedicure. Ana herself would not have known who she was scheduled to see until clients were checked in, so it is unfair to place the responsibility entirely on me for the confusion. What made the experience disappointing was not simply the scheduling mix-up, but how the situation was handled afterward. During the conversation, the receptionist acknowledged that I had not been clearly informed over the phone that I would have a different technician, yet the responsibility continued to be placed on me for "not clarifying." I was repeatedly interrupted, argued with, and at no point was I genuinely apologized to. Overall, I will not be returning. I understand that mistakes and scheduling mix-ups can happen, especially during busy holidays, but the continued lack of accountability and the attempt to place all responsibility on the customer is what ultimately left the worst impression. read more

Based on my understanding of EMA vs. MMA (and I may be mistaken), the product behaved in a way that raised concerns for me when soaking off it became gel-like rather than bubbling as I expected. Because MMA is illegal in Arizona and not FDA-approved, this made me uncomfortable and concerned about the products being used. Original price would've been $180. Paid 120+tip. I have NEVER paid more than $80 for a set even with it being full powder. I tried. I really did. I returned for a second service. I had an appointment for a gel manicure and a nail tech was ready for me. He was more gentle than the guy who provided service on my first visit. (That guy no longer works there.) I picked a lavender polish (#80), but got bubblegum pink. Then we get to today. Thann was gentle and conscientious. But I think they have diluted their polish too much. After two coats, it didn't have full coverage. The sign by the register says 3% will be added when a credit card is used, but the cashier didn't do the math right and I was charged more than 3%. Unfortunately, the third time wasn't the charm. I called ahead about two gel pedi's just a color change, we walk in and can hear the workers behind us saying "no more clients." The young girl working the front desk was amazing in getting us seated and worked on. I'm getting my toes done and one of the male workers comes around from his station in the middle of doing someones nails and says to the lady "I don't like that" repeatedly and snatches the LED Lamp from the station while my toes are under the lamp. She grabs a new lamp, no problem. My friend finishes before me and is waiting, we finished painting my toes and we felt as if we were being rushed out. I pay and we leave, I left a small tip because the customer service we recieved from the technicians was honestly just extremely rude and unwelcoming. She didn't paint the sides of my big toes, the layers are extremely thin and can see the imperfections. I understand they were closing within the hour, but the attitude from the male employees was extremely rude and snatching the lamp while my toes were under was unprofessional. He should've waited until the technician was finished and told her he had an issue with her using that lamp after we left. They closed at 6 and I called at 5:15 making sure it was okay to do two color changes. I was 5 minutes away and we came in at 5:20. We were done by 5:55. I never write reviews but was honestly unimpressed with the customer service and attitude of these employees as well as the quality of my nails. read more

I usually judge my nails on how they look 2-3 days after I get them done. I showed the tech the design and he executed it. Only problem was my gel didn't cure long enough. All I had to do was call and tell them and they fixed me right up. When I removed my nails myself (I'm also a tech) I didn't notice as much damage to my natural nails. The guy that made my nails left tons of cuticle, nail polish tick with the most horrible edges. A sweet lady called Michelle tried to fix the disaster, but was impossible. I came home and removed all that nail polish. They charge a fee if you pay with card, and when you pay with card they don't like.
