She asked a bunch of questions to 1) get an idea of why exactly I was interested in powder brows 2) get an idea of what I was expecting to get and most importantly 3) ensure I would be safe, if there were any safety concerns, and walk me through the process. I don't have a tattoo, I had no idea about the potential reactions, and she walked me through the healing process and what to expect. During my appointment she was so calm and relaxed that she made ME relax. She talked me through what she was doing. She checked in on me throughout the process. I will say there were a few parts where my eyes were watering, but overall not a problem. Ash even walked me through the differences between cosmetic tattoos and a body tattoo. (No, tattoos aren't as easy) After my appointment I was ANNOYING. For the first week I think I messaged Ash every day asking questions about "is this normal?" or "does this look ok?". She was always extremely kind and patient. She answered all my questions and even encouraged me to ask more. Ash is truly the best.
