***Updated Review*** Went in late due to severe traffic and…read morestaff were super friendly and flexible. Amazing experience with the team. Offered me a beverage on arrival. Mika was my technician today and was amazing. Receptionist was wonderful too In helping me choose a color. Highly recommend returning and paying a visit for those looking for somewhere local for your nails to get done. To the manager, thank you for giving me a superb experience.***** Again, still my go to nail salon primarily because of the promotions they have. I enjoy going in the morning because it's quieter and it's nice to have your nails done right before work. I'm actually planning on walking in today or tomorrow for a gel removal on hands and mint pedicure. I'd say the mint pedicure is probably best for its price and going during happy hour it's also discounted. The salon is professional. I'm not a fan of all the employees as sometimes I noticed that they don't standardize the services. Some with give you a slight leg massage, some just completely skip over it.

It's a sad situation but my go to nail girl quit and so I went to someone else they recommended and…read moremy nail broke for the first time in 4 years. I was willing to wait for my new nail girl to come back but I have a wedding I'm in and just needed it fixed. They said they could take care of it but I was treated so badly to where I cried after (I'll refrain from posting the crying selfie but think Kim K crying). They didn't even try to mimic the rest of the nails and when I tried to point it out they just kept saying I didn't have to pay (I don't care about paying, I care about it looking good) so I just gave up and was just accepting that I atleast got it "fixed" but it literally just broke again?!?! Two days before the wedding... Having been a loyal client for 4+ years, consistently coming every month, and even referring my sister + girlies and this is how they treat me the one time I just need help... and now I need it again and I don't feel welcome to even go in. Anyone know a private nail tech or a salon that isn't unnecessarily mean?

One of the things I appreciate most is that she doesn't just focus on making your nails look beautiful, she genuinely cares about the health of your natural nails as well. With both manicures and pedicures she stays meticulous with her work, pays attention to the little details and always delivers on the nail art designs . I love being able to bring in an idea and know that she'll execute it beautifully. 10/10 always. The salon/lounge is top tier with the massage chairs, equipment & products available! They've literally got every color and product options you might need.

But, the value overall is not there. When I walked in, the first woman who approached me told me she would be doing my toes and hands for both of my services. I barely got seated in the spa chair and a walk-in called and the nail tech then told me that she was going to pass me off to somebody else while she handled the walk-in. To be honest, you shouldn't tell me you're prioritizing another client over me, especially when that client isn't even present. The lady that she passed me off to do my toes was very friendly, and the pedicure itself wasn't bad but the paint job wasn't great. I honestly couldn't tell until I got home just how untidy my toe paint was. Even when we started the appointment, she slightly burned my skin while removing my old gel polish from my toes. Therefore, my toe stung through my entire appointment. When it was time to finish my manicure/gel ex set on my hands, I had to repeat myself three times to tell them I wanted French tip. And when you tell nail technicians that you want a short nail, somehow that is really hard to comprehend. I also blame this on the fact that this is now the third nail technician I'm dealing with so it just felt like everything got lost in translation and I really feel like three people totaled my nails and there's no cohesiveness to the final look. My nails aren't terrible and they will do and I'm not a picky person at all. But I am hesitant to come back. I think that there is great potential here and I still think it's a good salon, but maybe just not the one for me.

But after three visits with recurring quality issues and frustrating customer service, I can't recommend it. Each visit left me with nail problems requiring fixes. When I reached out, responses took two days at a time, and I was ultimately asked to pay for a correction that was clearly a workmanship issue on their end (after paying $110 for my builder gel manicure service). Pricing has also become a sticking point. Keen is now among the most expensive in the area, and the structure feels unnecessarily layered: builder gel is a separate charge with no color included, gel color selection costs extra on top, and removal is billed even when you're booking a new service in the same visit. These aren't premium add-ons -- they're things most high end salons simply include. High technician turnover makes it hard to build consistency with anyone, too. The concept is appealing, but the execution isn't matching it. Hoping they recalibrate.

The staff was friendly,…read morebut the regular polish selection left a lot to be desired and they were serving poor quality tea. I loved the design I got on my toes, but other than that, I felt it was overpriced. I wouldn't have gone back, except that I wanted a Dazzle Dry manicure and needed a place close by. What a difference when I returned. The salon was fun and buzzing, packed in the middle of a weekday. They had a much better regular polish collection. My nail tech commented on my beautiful Dazzle Dry design, but said it's too hard to do, so they don't offer it. Which says a lot right there. However, overall, the experience was lovely and my manicure lasted a while. I'd only go back in an emergency, but it is a nice experience.
