However, about two years ago, we informed Randy that we were canceling our priority maintenance agreement, and he assured us that we would receive a refund. Despite countless follow-up phone calls and messages to both Randy and Jeremiah, our concerns have gone unanswered. The lack of communication, failure to issue the promised refund, and overall unethical practices have been extremely disappointing.
